Great flat, great view

Very nice, modern and well equiped flat, especially also the kitchen for cooking. The sea view from the dinning/living room and balcony ist fantastic and the sourroundings are very calm. Communication with Yean Yves was easy and clear. I definitely recommend to stay there!

Wunderbares Quartier, sehr liebevoll ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht, herrlicher Blick vom Balkon. Auch als Allergikerin überhaupt keine Beschwerden. Sehr ruhig und friedlich.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung, die nichts vermissen lässt. Ganz besonders war der herzliche Empfang durch den Gastgeber. Es warteten kalte Getränke, eine Flasche Wein und viele gute Tipps für die Zeit in Erquy auf uns.Auch während des Aufenthalts wurde der Kontakt zu uns gehalten, was sehr freundlich und angenehm war.Für einen Urlaub in Erquy ist diese Wohnung eine tolle Adresse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement avec une vue magnifique, calme et proche de la plage et des commerces (10 à 15 mn à pied). Parking facile. Rénové avec goût et qualité, il est agréable à vivre. En particulier, la cuisine et tout ce qui relève des arts de la table sont vraiment parfaits pour les amateurs. Florian est un hôte charmant, attentif au confort de chacun et bien organisé. Séjour vraiment agréable qui invite à revenir ! A bientôt !

Bel appartement très bien situé. Bien que sur les hauteurs d'Erquy, il reste proche de la mer et du principal chemin de randonnée (GR34) en direction du Cap d'Erquy et des plages (Sables d'Or les Pins, etc). Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire, qui propose des prestations de qualité (superbe vue du balcon, aménagement et électroménager de qualité) témoignant d'un réel respect du client. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. A refaire !

Gem of an apartment!

I'd love to keep this secret so it would always be available for me to book - but that wouldn't be fair! Fabulous apartment tucked away on the hillside with a wonderful view. Five mins walk from boulangerie, beach and restaurants on the harbour. So much to do in the area, whether for adults or children, we return time and time again. Clean, quiet and peaceful. Superb welcome from the host, Jean-Yves. Newly decorated and comfortable bed, very relaxing, overall, couldn't recommend more highly. Merci et à bientôt j'espère!
