This condo is spacious, beautiful and close to everything, especially Grandfather Mountain. There are 4 full bathrooms, which was great for my 7 hiking friends and I. It's clean, beautifully decorated and has plenty of seating for 10 people. The 2 balconies are overlooking a large pond. The beds are comfortable and all the bathrooms and the kitchen are well stocked. Communication with the owner was great, check-in was easy. We felt very comfortable, like home, and will definitely stay there again if we're back in that area!

Great Condo

This condo is situated in an amazing location and is fully stocked with everything you need to have a great trip. We really enjoyed seeing all the wildlife around the lake! Already making plans to return!

The accommodations were perfect for our family lots of room I cooked our meals and the kitchen had all the things needed to prepare our meals the view is amazing so quiet and relaxing the pictures and description describes the condo perfectly I recommend this property for both a small and large group would be a great stay for skiers/snowboarders banner elk is a nice town with plenty of restaurants

Great stay

Laura’s place was wonderful. It was very comfortable and perfect for our family ski trip to Sugar Mountain. Laura was an excellent host. She communicated with us very well and gave us some good info and help planning for a potential big snow storm that (unfortunately) did not materialize. We’d definitely book again!

Ski weekend with high school boys.

I carried my son, a couple of his buddies, and a couple of my adult guy friends on our annual ski trip to Sugar Mtn. Ideal location at the bottom of the lodge. Very clean condo as described. The property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. We will be back next year for sure.

Stay here and it will like you are visiting a friend. 4 comfortable beds with private baths. It was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen is very very well stocked with everything you could need. The views are amazing. And the perfect host. Super responsive and helpful in planning our days. It was a great choice and we will be back.
