3 Bedrooms + Loft and 3 full bathrooms. This condo is located at the base of Sugar Mountain Resort and is less than a five minute walk to the lodge, lifts and slopes, golf course, tennis courts, snow tubing, hiking and ice skating. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves with a great view of Grandfather Mountain or grab a blanket and snuggle up in front of the fireplace.

This condo is easily accessible with only two steps down from the parking lot to the front door.
It's located at the base of Sugar Mountain Resort - just Park and Ski! There's a path right behind the condo - through the woods and over the brook and you're there. All in less than 5 minutes.

Remote controlled gas fireplace. Perfect for those romantic evenings or game night with the kids after a day on the slopes.
