Studio , SEE VIEW BEACH and POOL

BEAUTIFUL STUDIO on the 2 floor in a secure residence, with private beach and direct access from the residence.
Our studio is the ideal place to spend a good holiday. Incredible views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea and breathtaking sunsets. It is fully equipped with kitchen and linens, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed It also has wifi and TV.
There is a grocery store 200m away, parking is free and we are 5 mn from the ferry to St Barth and Anguilla.
The view is incredible with a private beach just below the studio.
The pool on the street side has been completely redone.
You have all the shops nearby

This was a great place. It was clean, well located, and right on the beach. The beach was easy to access, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We used the beach chairs that were there in the apartment. Plus, we were able to watch the fireworks in Marigot. Americans & Canadians - don’t forget your Euro plug power adapters. We would highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Hi Anthony your review is incomprehensible and I do not understand your rating. we waited until 10 p.m. for your arrival, I listened throughout the stay and responded to all your requests. the accommodation in a secure residence with swimming pool, sea view and almost private beach. It is very clean and well equipped I think it is worth much more than 3 stars and I base myself on my other opinions. Maybe for you 3 ⭐️is a good job but when you note a studio like mine 5⭐️is not to much

Great stay at Sandy ground!

Wonderful stay at this property with a lovely view of the ocean. The studio is well equipped for a family of 3. Many of the amenities (beach towels, beach chairs, washer etc) were very appreciated. Julia was very nice and responsive. She allowed us to check out later which was very accomodating.

Studio in Marigot

Property was exactly as portrayed in the photos. Great place for two people. Very quiet and right on the beach. The host (Julia) was delightful and easy to deal with. A car is recommended but you can walk to Marigot if you like. Wonderful place - would stay again. Great value for money

Quiet, comfortable space with good location within walking distance to Marigot.

The property is an older building that used to be a Hotel. It seems to have Vrbo units and full time residents staying in units. Everyone was polite and kept to themselves. The room we rented was well equipped with everything we needed. There were beach chairs, beach towels, bug spray, an umbrella and reusable grocery bags. Julia was a very informative host that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her on the street. The property has a front gate that you are given a key for. This makes the space feel quite secure and safe. There was construction at the Beach Plaza beside us, but it wasn’t too loud. The dark hallways were kinda of gloomy, but we understand the need to save energy, you just have to push the light switches to turn on the lights. The bed was a bit too firm for us. There is no elevator. The small private beach was nice and quiet, with 6 people being the most out there at one time. There is a rusty boat in the water at the beach, it made for some cool sunset photos. We didn’t really feel comfortable swimming at the beach. It was a short walk to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. The property was advertised very close to what it was really like. We would recommend this property to other travellers who are looking for a smaller, quiet, safe place to stay that is within walking distance to everything in Marigot. Cam and Teresa Canada

Just Adequate

Barely adequate would be my description of the See View condo I rented from 2/17 to 3/2/24. I have stayed in many places during my last 50 years of traveling. And I have stayed in two other units at The Anse de Sables residence and a friend stayed in a third unit. All of those units were wonderful. The unit this year has numerous problems, some just basic maintenance issues: the bathroom door doesn’t close fully, the deck doors lock does not work without Herculean effort. So they remained unlocked. And there was no room safe. Fortunately the unit was on the second floor so relatively secure. The layout is very poor with limited storage spaces for guests clothing and other things. Few drawers or shelves to put things away - so all items were cluttering the few flat surfaces. Silverware and baking dishes were stored in the single chest of drawers. Three other units that I’m familiar with are the exact same square footage but are a world above this one in comfort. It’s as if only what was absolutely necessary to rent the unit was provided. On the plus side, there were two beach chairs provided. The kitchen has just barely the basics - no covers for pans, no measuring instruments. No wastebasket in the bathroom. The bathroom and kitchen towels were initially in very limited supply - as were the bed linens. There wasn’t even a roll of paper towels to start us off. There was one tiny scrap of soap in the bathroom, not even wrapped.

Whaou , this incredible. You arrive like a nice and good person. You ask me to clean it all 2 days and when I say I can’t do this my place is a condo for holiday not a hotel ( I do it 1 by week )you change all your personality. I’m sorry for that .

Un petit coin de paradis à Saint-Martin !Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce studio parfaitement équipé : tout le nécessaire est fourni pour un confort total. La vue est tout simplement exceptionnelle, et l’accès à une plage rend l’expérience encore plus magique. Un grand merci à Olivier, très sympathique et disponible. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nid idyllique

La décoration est chaleureuse et soignée. Le logement est petit mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y vivre. L’emplacement est ideal et la vue est vraiment à couper le souffle. Quoi de mieux que de pouvoir se baigner sur une plage réservée à l’immeuble pour commencer ou finir sa journée?! Julia et Olivier se rendent toujours joignables et c est encore un point très positif.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances (14 jours du 3 au 17 février 2024), un site magnifique, les détails de la chambre était tel que l'annonce la décrit. Notre autre nous a bien reçus, explication sur les commodités du studio et des environs (épiceries, taxi, resto, laverie, activité à faire) est très bien, l'avons rappelé pour quelques détails, Julia a été très disponible à nos demandes. Vouloir aller à Marigot pour se "reposer", il n'est pas recommandé d'allé à cet endroit pendant le carnaval (février pour la semaine du mardi gras). Étant à 10 min à pied du centre et d'être dans une baie, le son de la musique de 10 AM à minuit durant trois jours consécutif, ça n'a pas été top pour nous. La mer est chaude. Il y a d'autre plage plus calme dans les environs, le peuple de Saint-Martin et charment.

En effet aux Antilles le carnaval est très prisé et beaucoup de touristes cherchent à partager ce moment avec les locaux .
