Romantic Luxurious Peaceful Getaway For A Couple With 200° Sea And Sunset View

Villa Zenitude is the perfect romantic getaway for a couple. Nestled in a lush tropical garden, it's located in the exclusive gated area of Terres Basses, one if the most desirable locations on the island.

The owners have attended to every detail with exquisite taste - designer furniture, highest quality linens, towels, dinner ware etc.

The air conditioned villa features a very large bedroom suite with a king size bed, a tiled shower bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens up onto a large deck with a plunge pool and shaded gazebo. There you will enjoy your drinks while watching the sunset over Baie Longue (one of the nicest and listen to the birds in the palm trees and hibiscus flowers.

A meridienne can serve as a bed for a third guest and a crib is available on request.

The many amenities include flat screen television with Chrome Cast, Optical fiber internet connection. Also the villa is covered by an automatic electrical generator and a cistern in case of breakdown.

Villa Zenitude is located within the owner's 3.5 acres park, far enough from the residence to offer you absolute privacy but close enough should you need any assistance.

A ten minute stroll through the private road and tropical landscape of Terres Basses takes you to the gorgeous Plum Baie beach, a little further to the long stretch of Baie Longue, both private, safe and never crowded.

You will be fifteen minute driving distance from the airport and 10 mm from the village of Maho, with it's golf course and a vibrant nightlife with restaurants, nightclubs and casinos (and of course more beaches).

In the other direction you will find Marigot, the mean town of the French side of the island with shops, restaurants, bakeries and an outdoor market.

Five minute driving from your villa is a bakery, wine shop, pharmacy and a small supermarket as well as 2 good restaurants.

You will feel most welcome in Villa Zenitude where all comforts awaits you.

A personal attendance at the airport upon your arrival will make it easy to reach villa Zenitude. Just follow us !

Everything about this villa was absolutely perfect! Micheline and Lionel are wonderful hosts—warm, helpful, and always available with great tips. As hurricane Erin approached, Lionel went out of his way to keep us updated and reassured, which we truly appreciated. The villa itself is in a beautiful, quiet, and secluded location. The garden is lovely, and the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend.

This is our favourite place to stay in St. Martin. We have stayed here three times, and we are looking forward to coming back again. It is a very special place, and it is our honour to stay there. We love to cook, and we had everything we needed to make a fantastic meal. It is an indoor outdoor kitchen/dining room that is spacious and a pleasure to eat and cook in. This location is close to our favourite grocery store on the island, beautiful beaches, and lively restaurants. Our hosts L. and M. were so kind to us during our visits, and we have always felt right at home. It truly is a private and romantic getaway. If you enjoy a beautiful sunset, a gorgeous view of a garden in the evening and falling asleep to the sounds of tree frogs in the distance, then look no further. Our hosts have always responded so quickly to any question we had. Their kindness and hospitality are the very best you could imagine. – Wren & Steff

Heaven on Earth

Great hosts. Great location. We were looking for a quiet location with access to a pool and beaches, away from the hustle and bustle, and this place delivered. In this case, the plunge pool was on a large deck for BBQing where we enjoyed sunning amd nice sunsets with the ocean in the distance. A few nice low key beaches were a short drive away - we rented a car for the entire stay. Hosts provided beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, even snorkel gear. From the moment we landed, Lionel was wonderful and very helpful guiding us from the aiport and giving a overview of restaurants, beaches, and sites. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful!

Everything from check-in to check-out was great! Not only did this place have everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoable but there were so many well thought out touches that made our stay extra special. The hosts were quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to St. Martin.

Great place to stay!

We loved our stay. Plum Beach (super close) was the best beach, security was awesome and we always felt safe, hosts were super nice and we couldn’t believe how clean it all was. The pool was great, the deck was wonderful, and the house was super comfortable. Thank you for a great place to stay while we were there!

Best place for a relaxing holiday

Very friendly welcome and a beautiful location. The best beaches directly in front of you. If you want to go to St. Martin, I would say this is the place to stay.

A happy week in a beautiful setting

We especially enjoyed the indoor-outdoor blend of the villa in the middle of a beautiful garden with complete privacy, yet 5-minute drive to a beautiful quiet beach. We cooked most dinners at the villa and ate out for lunches as we explored the areas of the island recommended by Lionel and Micheline. They are very gracious hosts and gave us a great overview of everything when we arrived. The week flew by - a sign of how much we enjoyed our time here. We will definitely return to the villa.

Birthday celebration

Very well landscaped,beautiful flowers and plants which attracted many birds. we liked seeing hummingbirds. We enjoyed watching the lizards. Lionel met us at the airport to take us to the house. He helped us get around the island by having maps. We liked the seclusion and privacy. We liked the views. It was just a short drive to go wherever you wanted to go or get what you needed. Lionel and Micheline were great hosts. We want to come back again.
