Ferienwohnung Haus Reitl VII

Die Ferienwohnung war in Ordnung und ist empfehlenswert. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas vom Ortkern entfernt, aber die super Aussicht hat alles entschädigt. Der Ortskern Bad Gastein ist zur Zeit eine große Baustelle und Saisonbedingt sind viele Pubs zur Zeit nicht geöffnet. Leider war das Wetter auch nicht so toll und die größeren Städte wie Salzburg (95 km) und Innsbruck (200 km) sind relativ weit entfernt. -------------------------------------------------- Aber: Immer wieder eine Reise wert!

Very nice apartment 1km from the Bad Gastein centre, with a nice view to south-west. All worked well, phone contact after arrival with the owner was very quick, she arrived within 5 minutes. WiFi was also working perfectly.

bardzo przyjemny apartament dla 6 osób. Przestronne wnętrze (80m2), dwie sypialnie z łóżkami do spania + salon z rozkładaną kanapą. Bardzo czysto, w pełni urządzona kuchnia z czajnikiem, mikrofalą, pierkarnikiem i zmywarką. Łazienka z wanną i prysznicem, toaleta oddzielnie. Z czystym sumieniem polecam, kontakt z właścicielem (odbiór kluczy) telefoniczny, również w j.angielskim. Bardzo miła Pani, która nie chciała od nas nawet kaucji. POLECAM

De woning was goed gefaciliteerd en schoon. Het enige minpunt was het toilet. Deze stonk en spoelde niet goed door. Deze is dringend aan renovatie toe.

Sehr gepflegte, großzügige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Der Kontakt mit der Schlüsselhalterin funktionierte problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Herd mit Backofen. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe, Pfannen. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar etwas altmodisch, auch Böden, Badfliesen und Küchenmöbel sind nicht gerade neu. Dafür ist aber alles sehr gut gepflegt und makellos sauber. Das Wohnzimmer ist dafür neu möbliert und sehr hell und freundlich. Ein Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen mit schönem Bergblick vom Balkon. Es gibt eine ausführliche Willkommensmappe mit allen Infos, die man braucht. Zusätzlich hat uns die Schlüsselhalterin noch Infomaterial mitgebracht. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen in dem einen Schlafzimmer waren beide sehr hart, aber mit eingelegener Kuhle. Nicht rückenfreundlich. Im 2. Schlafzimmer waren die Matratzen dagegen sehr weich, besonders in einem der beiden Betten. Auch nicht rückenfreundlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne mal wieder.
