Our home is located in a quiet could de sac street just a few minutes walk to the beach and Village where you will find restaurants, shops, ice cream stores. Enjoy the amazing food and live music of Siesta Key Village and the world famous Siesta Key beach. Also easy access to the shopping and dining of downtown Sarasota. No need for a car to stay in this house, everything you need within a walking distance or just use the free ride trolley to go to the beach, to move around the key, or rent a golf cart. Very well maintained, beautiful large 4B/3B. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths, open plan kitchen, living room, family room and a large screen porch overlooking the pool and tropical backyard. Downstairs, 1 Bedroom 1 Bath and a dedicated theatre with a 84" TV.
Tandem 2 car garage. Circular driveway with plenty of space for parking.

Why they chose this property
Very quiet cut de sac residential street, steps to the village for shopping and dinning and short walk to the beach. No need of a car if you stay at this house. Steps to public transportation and the free trolley to go to the beach and get around the key.
