Large home on Siesta Key. Walk to Beach and Village. NEW POOL/OUTDOOR PATIO!
Our home is located in a quiet could de sac street just a few minutes walk to the beach and Village where you will find restaurants, shops, ice cream stores. Enjoy the amazing food and live music of Siesta Key Village and the world famous Siesta Key beach. Also easy access to the shopping and dining of downtown Sarasota. No need for a car to stay in this house, everything you need within a walking distance or just use the free ride trolley to go to the beach, to move around the key, or rent a golf cart. Very well maintained, beautiful large 4B/3B. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths, open plan kitchen, living room, family room and a large screen porch overlooking the pool and tropical backyard. Downstairs, 1 Bedroom 1 Bath and a dedicated theatre with a 84" TV.
Tandem 2 car garage. Circular driveway with plenty of space for parking.
Sleeps 8.
Beach chairs, cooler and 4 bikes.
Outside grill and fire pit.

SRQ airport is 8 miles (Sarasota)
TPA airport is 70 miles (Tampa)

Andy and Olga provided wonderful and clear communication both before and during our stay, with quick responses at all times. The house was beautiful and comfortable for our party of 7. While many listings claim to sleep a larger party, it’s unique to find a house that actually accommodates everyone with a seat at the table, and enough dinnerware for all - and we especially appreciated these amenities as we prepared and shared several special holiday meals together. The screened in pool and porch with comfortable seating and the outdoor table for 8 was a favorite spot for everyone. The location within a quick walk to Siesta Key Village can’t be beat! We chose this house without ever visiting the area and lucked out with how convenient it was! Overall, we created amazing memories here that we will always cherish!

Very quiet cut de sac residential street, steps to the village for shopping and dinning and short walk to the beach. No need of a car if you stay at this house. Steps to public transportation and the free trolley to go to the beach and get around the key.
