Nice condo, clean, easy walking distance to beach at north end of siesta, so it’s less populated which was really nice. We cooked a couple times in the kitchen, it was stocked ok but could use a couple more things like a mixing bowl and a large serving spoon. The only prob we had was they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper, (and 2 paper towels and only a couple garbage bags), so we ran out pretty quick. Had we known they supplied the small amounts we would hv picked up more to be prepared. Well we did not know there was noMore TP anywhere, so imagine running out of toilet paper, (thinking there would surely be more than that, in a closet somewhere), at 11:00 at night . I reached out to them and they said that they, like most rentals, provide you w 2 rolls, they said they would run some over to us but our family who was staying at another rental 10 min away, was already headed our way to save the day, w a roll from their rental (who provided twice that amount). I just think in general, and if not, at least for the price we paid a night, that they should at least let their renters know that there’s only two rolls so that they don’t use the restroom at 12 at night, thinking that surely there would be more rolls under the sink. It leaves you in kinda a predicament, not a high and dry situation, when you run out of toilet paper during the night lol.But overall nice place to stay

This property was lovely and very clean. The owners were also very responsive. It is walkable to the beach and to the downtown area. The only frustrating thing was that the back slider didn’t really work very well, and the light switches didn’t seem to be connected to any of the lights and so it was a lot of manual turning on and turning off. Otherwise though would definitely recommend!

Upon our arrival, we were welcomed into a beautifully remodeled space. This property had been damaged during the devastating October 2024 hurricane. I was beyond impressed with how both this property and Siesta Key have rebounded.First, the location is ideal. It is a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us since we had children along. Communication with the host of the VRBO was prompt, and any concerns were quickly addressed. The amenities were well thought out, and the rooms were beautifully staged.The patio door was difficult to open, but after speaking with the owner, I understand that this issue is being addressed.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.

Great Trip

Everything was great with a couple exceptions, path to the beach is pretty long and there was some dead wildlife in the outdoor storage area. We also had an AC issue when we arrived but it was repaired within 2 hours, so no big deal. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Close To Beach & Downtown

Overall it was a nice place. Short walk to the beach and trolly stop is only a few steps from the driveway. We stayed in the lower level of the building. The guests of the other two upstairs units were super nice.Tenants of the 2nd floor unit could be heard very easily, thankfully our kids are heavy sleepers. Everyone was respectful of the quite time. Our stay was during the rainy season so unfortunately weren't able to make use of the outdoor amenities, but the beach itself was perfect! We put the fragile decorations that were on the tables in a closet during our stay as our 2 and 5 yr old seem to love to touch things that shouldn't be touched and we didn't want the added stress of something being broken.

Perfect location! Very Comfortable and had everything you needed:) The only thing I would suggest is they should provide more Toilet Paper. Otherwise we had an AMAZING time!

Florida Vacation

We had six guests that stayed at the place with a one year old. 5 nights. I paid extra to have the pack and play and highchair. The check in day our flight got delayed by 3hrs so we got in much later then expected. part of our group arrived and noticed us that those items wasnt there. I called and informed them and they brought the pack and play and highchair before we even got to the property. The next day we realized the highchair tray didn't match the highchair we had. Anyone who has a 1 yr old the highchair tray is nice so the kid can feed themselves. Had to call again they said they would bring another one. They never showed up had to call again the next day and one was brought. Other then that slight annoyance of having to call 3 different times while trying to enjoy our Vacation to get something corrected we enjoyed the place. Nicely decorated, clean, supplied beach items. Nice private backyard area. Just a small walk to the beach

Excellent Property and Location

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 which included 4 adults and 2 young children. The condo was clean and had plenty of space. We needed to reach out to the property management team and they were very responsive and accommodating. 2 minute walk to the beach, and the trolley stops right outside the front door.

Incredible location. Nice condo

This place is fantastic. I highly recommended if you want to be close to the water. Literally walk out your back door and your a 5 minutes stroll to the ocean. The back patio and yard also has plenty of space for barbecuing and eating outdoors. The place itself is good -- clean, amenities in the kitchen were fairly well stocked. Slightly small for 4 adults, but more than big enough for our family of two adults and two small children. Would absolutely stay here again.

Thanksgiving at Siesta Keys

We spent a short Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends at Siesta Key. The location was located directly at the beach which was fabulous. The house was reasonably well equipped and clean. The kitchen equipment and furnitures could be a bit modernized. The deck, BBQ and fire pit were beautiful. Overall we had a fantastic time and we would definitely come back.
