Dachwohnung (2) teilweise nicht vermietbar

Mindestens 50 Jahre alte Federbetten und Kopfkissen, in denen die Federn kaputt benutzt waren. Es war einfach eklig, darin zu schlafen. Wir haben uns andere Decken besorgt. Allerdings hat VM angeboten, andere Decken zu erhalten. Matratzen waren durchgelegen trotz Austausch vor 1 1/2 Jahren laut VM. Die Dusche war kaputt und die Tür schloss nicht, war auch sehr verkalkt und uralt. Die VM war dennoch sehr nett und die Aussicht war grandios. Für uns war es nicht OK, wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

Hallo Kathrin, gern bestätigen wir, dass die erwähnten Punkte alle geprüft wurden. Danke für Ihre Hinweise, die Kalkablagerungen in der Dusche wurden inzwischen beseitigt. Auch versichern wir, dass sich die Dusche selbst in gutem Zustand befindet und dass sich die Türe regulär schließen lässt. Die Matratzen wurden auch kontrolliert. Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass die Matratzenhärte eine subjektive Angelegenheit sein kann. Es würde uns freuen, wenn wir Sie zukünftig nochmals als Gast willkommen heißen dürfen. Schlicht, günstig und eine sehr nette Gastgeberin

Man muss wissen was man möchte... Sehr herzlich wurden wir in Empfang genommen...für Wünsche oder Fragen hatte unsere Gastgeberin immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Terrasse mit der Aussicht...unbezahlbar. Die Wohnung gibt alles was man benötigt Küche zum Kochen, zwei Schlafzimmer eine Toilette und eine Dusche. Waschbecken sind in den Schlafzimmern (wohl noch aus Gasthauszeiten). Betten und Schränke kommen wohl noch aus den Gasthauszeiten... Es gab einen Fernseher in der Küche... Wer eine günstige Wohnung sucht um nur Frühstücken, waschen und schlafen abzudecken der findet hier Schnäppchen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas höher und die Strassen sind etwas steil...man benötigt im Winter wohl Schneeketten bei starken Schneefall.

Großartiger Ausblick

Die Unterkunft ist nicht luxuriös, aber das hatten wir auch nicht erwartet. Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Ohne Auto ist die Erreichbarkeit wohl eher schwieriger. Traumhafter Ausblick. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Vermieter sehr nett. Aussicht grandios. Unterkunft naja. Betten durchgelegen und Bettwäsche veraltet. Dusche mit Teppichboden (kein Badezimmer). Küche schmutzig. Kochutensilien schmutzig. Entspricht nicht den Erwartungen.

Sehr große, sauberes Apartment für wenig Geld

Sehr große und sauberes Apartment, sehr freundliche Besitzerin und sehr guter Preis. Schlüsselabgabe lief problemslos, wir durften sogar unsere Sachen einen Nachmittag nach Check out Deadline dort lagern. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Besitzerin. Sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich die 40 min Pendeldauer bis ins Skigebiet Mayrhofen sind etwas lang, aber mit guten Freunden im Auto auch nicht der Rede wert. Würde hier definitv wieder hin!
