Checking was the only issue they knew the key pad didn't work and we was in a rush to get to ur show on time and it took over 30 minutes to get a key so we was late to our show

we came to Branson for a cheer competition

very nice clean place. We always stay here when we travel to Branson. It’s nice to have an apartment basically for the weekend.

We arrived to no air conditioner so the place was 83 degrees. The host offered a pizza or show ticket for the inconvenience until I told them that wouldn’t do having a child with heart condition and diabetic including their diabetic alert dog. Put us up in a different room for one night until the air conditioner was “fixed” the next morning. Air conditioner worked for 24 hours and our last 24 hours we had no air conditioner again. Our condo was 85 degrees. Multiple cool showers taken throughout the night to try to cool off and my diabetic throwing up from being hot. Communicated with the host and even sent thermostat picture to show and not a single thing to try to make things right except sorry for the inconvenience. For as big as thousand hills has gotten in the area would have expected better customer service. Our family comes to Branson 4 times a year and will look for other hosts going forward. Also the pull out couch is useless. It’s falling apart and very uncomfortable.

Nice place but probably will not be back.

Several things should have been repaired before we arrived (deadbolt not working, carpet transition where were nails coming through and broken furniture). Good location, comfortable beds and clean accommodations. Just expected a better experience.

Thanksgiving

The property was clean and was adequate for our needs. The television in the front bedroom didn't work. The heating vent in the master bedroom as loose and rattled every time the heat came on.

Nice top floor condo unit located in a nice area of Branson

This is a nice top floor unit in the Thousand Hills golf resort, convenient to many attractions and also providing access to the resort indoor pool. My only complaint about this particular stay was the TV/Wi-fi not working. Not a big deal for us since we were gone most of the time and only in this unit for two nights. For a longer stay you’d definitely expect this to be in good working order. Otherwise this was great for our needs and seemed a fair price.

Quick Get Away

This property is conveniently located to almost and restaurant or attraction you might want to visit in Branson but is off the beaten path and somewhat secluded. Our unit was very nice and located on the top floor which provided a really good view of the golf course below. Having elevator access in the building was a huge plus.

Enjoyed the condo and location to attractions was great.

Process of renting was easy. Only improvement might be to include instructions snoypayibg balance 7 days in advance, somewhere before you get to the check-in instructions. I didn’t look at check-in instructions until the day before.

AMAZING!

We have been using VRBO for quite some time and this property is HANDS DOWN our favorite! The location is perfect--5 minutes from Dixie Stampede and 10 minutes from the Landing. The unit itself was spacious and had everything we needed! Our three year old granddaughter was so happy to find all the cooking utensils she needed to help make breakfast and she was SUPER impressed that she could watch "the real Grinch" in her room (aka Netflix). I could go on an on about this property, but will end with "just book it, you won't be sorry." A small tip: Park down at Building 4 to unload because the elevators are there.
