Nestled between the quaint towns of La Cruz De Huanacaxle and Bucerias, Casa d' Azul is the perfect getaway destination for those looking to unwind. Our vacation home sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms: a master suite, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs, and another master suite downstairs, making it ideal for couples traveling together or a family on a getaway vacation. Our spacious beachfront Casa, with a private pool and well-tended yard, sits on the 25 mile coastline of beautiful Banderas Bay. Take a few steps down to our sandy beach from where you can walk to La Cruz if desired and if the tides permit. With its vast coastline, and unspoiled beaches to the north, Banderas Bay is dotted with unique small towns and is the perfect area to experience the vibrant culture and unique atmosphere the NY Times Travel section dubbed the 'Mexican Riviera.'
The small but vibrant town of La Cruz, where you can shop the outdoor fish and farmers markets or have a drink and watch the sailboats come and go in the Marina, is a 30 minute beach walk or 10 minute drive. To the south of Casa d' Azul is the town of Bucerias. Bubbling with restaurants and boutiques, Bucerias (Population roughly 4000) is a fantastic place to eat Mexican Haute Cuisine at beachfront restaurants or grab a couple of the world's best, hand made tacos at Tacos Linda.

While taxis are relatively inexpensive and are a good alternative for those who like to stay "close to home", we recommend renting a car to see more of the local area. it's easiest to pick one up at the Puerto Vallarta airport when you arrive. We are located across Banderas Bay, 20 miles from Puerto Vallarta. Having a car gives you the flexibility to make the quick trip up to Sayulita, famous for its surf break and handcrafted gift shops, or head to Punta de Mita to snorkel, sit at an ocean front palapa with your favorite beverage or charter a deep sea fishing boat. Both north and south of Puerto Vallarta, you will find some of the most spectacular scenery in all of Mexico. Fire up the charcoal BBQ and grill fresh fish, lay around our pool at night and look at the lights of Puerto Vallarta twinkle off the bay or head into Bucerias and hear any number of great local musicians while eating dinner in the beautiful atmosphere of western Mexico.

Casa d' Azul, is a 2.5-story, four-bedroom, 3.5-bath, beachfront home. This beautiful home has a large, private master suite with a deck overlooking the pool and bay, with a sitting area and an ensuite bathroom on the top floor (just a few steps up from the second floor). The second floor has a full bathroom, and a queen bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds which share a deck overlooking the pool and Bay. On the main floor you will find another master suite with a private bathroom and a king bed. Also on the main floor are the living room, dining room and kitchen and 1/2 bath. All rooms except the 1/2 bath have pool and water views. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer and dryer. However, there is no dishwasher.

Casa d' Azul can accommodate 8 people and is available for a 3 night minimum stay.

Casa d' Azul is located on the north shore of the Mexican Riviera 20 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport via Federal Highway # 200. Our property manager will greet you when you arrive.

'A great place to relax on the Mexican coast! We just returned from our stay at Amanda and Bob's private ocean front home, and we recommend it highly. The hosts responded promptly and making the reservation was easy. Vanessa met us on arrival and make sure we were all set. This lovely home could accommodate several couples in comfort, but with just two of us, the ground floor had everything we needed. We like to cook most of our meals for health reasons, and we found the kitchen fully equipped with gas range and all the pots, plates and utensils you could want. The Mega market just 10 minutes away had a great selection of ingredients. Except for the occasional gardener who comes to trim the plants, the only sound you will hear round the clock is the wonderful surf. No noise from neighbors. The weather was just perfect, but if we felt at all warm, a dip in the pool awaited. We had some great long walks on the beach - just turned left from the back yard and in 45 minutes on foot we reached Bucerias. (recommended there: Rosa Restaurante Mexicana) If you're looking for some laid-back time in the PV area, we don't think you can do better than Amanda and Bob's place.' customer from 2014

'This is such a great find! This house was perfect four our Thanksgiving group of four young couples (each with a baby/toddler). Spacious, comfortable, awesome pool, right on the beach. The neighbors are friendly, to boot! (The house is a row house, but you definitely feel like you are in your own private beachfront estate.) The beach is quite rocky, so while it's fun for rock hunting, catching sunrises, birdwatching, and digging in the sand, for a more swimmable beach (especially with little ones), just walk a couple hundreds yards down the beach, still within eyeshot of the house.
