• 3 villas in one structure (one per floor)

Villa Pura Vida PV is the middle unit, occupying its own full level.

Arrival & Access:
Guests enter through a private gated entrance, with a secure access code provided prior to arrival.

The villa is set on a hillside overlooking the Romantic Zone and Banderas Bay — the very setting that creates the breathtaking panoramic views.

As with most premier view properties in this area, the driveway is inclined. Professional local drivers, including Uber and taxis, navigate hillside homes daily and know how to access the villa.

For additional peace of mind during the height of the rainy season (August–September), we’re pleased to recommend highly experienced drivers accustomed to the conditions.

Hello and welcome to Villa Pura Vida PV for your "Pure Life" experience at our villa. Myself and my co-host Michael live in San Diego and often in PV, so we are available for any questions or needs you have during your stay. In addition, our local team is available to support you during your stay.

Discounts:
Villa Pura Vida PV offers weekly and monthly discounts for longer stays. Vrbo will display the discount automatically in the total price.

Preparing for Your Stay:
We’ll ask you to complete a short form prior to arrival to help us prepare the villa for your visit.

Community Guidelines:
The villa is in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to respect the community while enjoying their stay:
• No smoking or vaping inside the villa ($300 cleaning fee if found)
• No parties or events
• No commercial photography without prior approval
• Quiet hours: 11 PM – 8 AM

Extra Services & Fees:
• 7th guest: $50/night (air mattress & sheets provided)
• Additional grocery trips: 500 MXN per trip
• Optional pool heat: $50/day outside high season (Dec–Mar included)

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
We try to accommodate requests when possible:
• Up to 2 hours early (1 PM check-in) or 2 hours late (1 PM check-out) is complimentary
• Requests beyond this window are subject to pricing depending on season and hours needed

Families with Young Children:
We welcome all families, but please note the following:
• Patio and main bedroom have railings, but with large gaps — supervision is required
• Pool is not gated; several steps in/out
• Exercise caution around all water areas

Accessibility:
• Single-level, spacious villa with large main bedroom and walk-in shower for easy mobility
• The “Alexis” bathroom also has a walk-in shower (smaller size)
• Covered driveway may not fit large vans or Sprinter vans; a short cobblestone walk (15–20 ft) may be required
• Standard SUVs, rental cars, Uber, and taxis fit in the covered parking
