The loop patio backs up to the golf course, so you can enjoy crisp mornings with coffee or tea, or settling evenings reading a book or drinking a glass of vino while watching the sun go down.

We truly enjoyed this property! It was well appointed and beautifully situated near Sabina Canyon and the Catalina mountains. Safe and scenic part of Tucson. The condo was clean, and had every detail well thought out. The hosts are quick to respond and provide lots of information about the ate, the property and even had a delicious bottle of wine ready for our arrival! We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location

Mama K’s Casita is located in a wonderful area of Tucson - very close to Ventana/Loews Resort.The people in the area are very friendly (as are the dogs)!The condo has everything you need.We loved having Happy Hour on the patio.Elli and Mark were prompt in responding to any questions we had, and we were able to check in early. it was a great 2 week vacation!! Thank you Elli and Mark.

The best!

This condo was pretty much perfect. Everything was “as advertised “. The hosts presented the best guidebook I’ve ever encountered in my 5 years of renting at Ventana Greens. They were very thorough in their instructions for the best use of their property, for places to go, things to do, etc.. The view is excellent and the property is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this unit!

Very relaxing stay

vacation/remote work

Great bed, well stocked kitchen. Hosts were incredibly responsive. The Greens complex is lovely but showing a little wear. Over the last 3 years we have stayed in 3 different properties and plumbing etc. has been a bit dated. Noisy if someone is upstairs. However, amenities and environment can't be beat.

Exactly as promised!

We enjoyed a late March vacation of 11 nights in Mama K‘s Casita. What a great unit as far as decor, location, atea information, and everything you would need to be comfortable! From the moment we booked our stay, to making a change and adding an additional night, and checking in/checking out, everything was as smooth as could be. We would definitely return to Mama K’s on our next visit to Tucson!

What a gem!

We really enjoyed this unit! The condo was spotless and very well stocked with all types of thoughtful items. I was so pleased to find things like ample paper towels, spices, abundant towels, food storage options, knives that were actually sharp (a rarity in rental units), yoga mats, lots of body/hand lotion, coffee pods, and many other items that made staying here a real pleasure. We only used the bed in the master and the mattress was great. The location is perfect for active people (close to golf, walking options through the nearby club, quick access to bike lanes, close to Sabino Canyon, etc.) The complex was very quiet and we enjoyed greeting many of the friendly people who walked daily around the paths. We hope to return to this great unit!

Ground floor unit with covered parking

Disappointed that the noise from the unit above was disruptive and so noticeable. This well appointed unit was otherwise very nice. Owners took great care to pay attention to many details. Well stocked kitchen with many dishes, utensils, pans, spices. Each of the two Bedrooms/Baths suites were separated by the kitchen/living area. All furniture was comfortable. Nice west facing patio. If we did not have the noise above we would highly recommend, but it was too intrusive.

Lovely place to stay

The owners answered our TV questions and offered to help with anything we needed. However, the condo is welcoming and they had provided information so we did not need to bother them. Love the location and the views. Thanks, we will book again when back in Tucson.

Foothills Fun

We spent 3 weeks here and loved every minute. Our kids came for Christmas weekend. It was lovely seeing them and hiking with them. The place was comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent Getaway

We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. We had our two small dogs with us. The condo complex is very dog friendly. The unit is convenient to the pool and fitness center. Minutes away from grocery store and restaurants. The owner is a very good communicator who wants you to be happy.

Great property and location/responsive owners

This is a great property, just as shown on the vrbo pictures and description. Things we especially appreciated included spacious closet space and drawers for clothes and toiletries, plenty of bathroom countertop space, the gas grill, and use of fitness center. Had the weather been nicer, we’d have loved using the nice pools. The location has some good dining choices nearby. The owners graciously assisted us with getting a necessary item shipped to us. If you know that you will need to ship something, they will be able to assist you most easily if you contact them in advance. We only experienced one negative thing, and it is really out of the control of the owners. The issue was the fact that the floor above us really creaked when those on the second floor moved about. We were awakened every night when they went to the bathroom or when they got up. Never heard them speaking or other noise, just the loud creaking.

Mark and I don't live in the area, but we have family here and come back to visit regularly. Because of that, this is a home away from home for us. We've set it up to be cozy and comfy for us, and our hope is that you'll enjoy it as we do.

We LOVE the Greens. We rented a condo here five years ago and have dreamed of buying a property in the Greens since then. It's so beautiful everywhere you turn, and it's so close to all kinds of fun outdoor activities and AMAZING food. I mean, the restaurants right down the road offer many opportunities to enjoy delicious food. We just love it here, and we know you will too.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

If you golf, this area has all kinds of award winning golf courses close by. If you like to road bike or mountain bike, there's world class cycling all over the place here. There's a huge Loop that you can road bike on that's an approximately 60 mile loop. There's also the Saguaro National Park close by which has great road and mountain biking. We've got all kinds of horseback riding and if you drive five minutes from the condo you'll find the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area which has amazing hiking trails. Get out and enjoy all of those activities and then enjoy some yummy food and a glass of wine to close out the night on the patio... perfection. The weather's so amazing here most of the year, that it can be like that almost every single day. You can see why we like coming here :-)

Please note that we maintain security cameras pointing at the front and back entrances of the condo for security purposes. We turn them off once guests arrive and then turn them back on when guests have left. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to reach out.
