Has granite counters ,all tile or laminated wood floors.We provide Wifi, internet, television with Netflix and Amazon Prime, Hulu and other apps. The community has walking paths, is located near local markets & grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, transportation and just about 10 min from the Las Vegas strip via UBER OR LYFT. approx. $6-$9 Trip charge. We provide linens, toiletries, some condiments/spices and all the necessities to make your stay enjoyable. We provide a washer & dryer on site at no added expense plus free parking in our 2 car garage included in your stay.

Great vacation home

Our stay was wonderful. We received cookies and fruit upon our check in. Pam was the best as she was very attentive. The house provided anything we could think we needed and then some which was very helpful. I give this place 5 stars due to our great stay. Thank you Pam for everything!

Feels like home

I have had a fantastic vacation. The house felt like I had brought my own home with me on vacation. Everything was there, and nothing was missing. For those who want to go on vacation, I highly recommend trying out this house. One last thing I would like to add is that the owner was always in contact with me, which I greatly appreciated.

We had a great stay at your place we were able to park our 16 foot trailer and my truck in the garage. The location was convenient to get to the job site and also shopping. This place reminds me of my visits to my mom’s house brought back good memories. Thanks again for everything

Our two seek stay

The property was fantastic! Pam has her home furnished as a personal residence. She left us a fruit basket, snacks, a how to binder on residence locks, how to operate the ac/heating system, local area grocery stores, garage door opener, etc...it's a three bedroom townhome that was a home away from home. We just moved here from Texas and we needed a place to stay until we closed on our home here in Las Vegas and this was a wonderful home to come to after hectic days at work. The area is safe, quiet and conveniently located to all of Vegas! Pam is a great host as she was always available for questions but never intrusive. We truly enjoyed our stay at her VRBO townhome. I highly recommend her home for your future VRBO needs!

Great home

Overall it was great. Plenty of room to meet our needs while on a 3 week visit. Only downside was one of the main reasons we chose this home was the hot tub as I just recently had a spinal fusion. The hot tub was "out of service" our entire 3 week stay. Otherwise it was a great location and the owner is extremely sweet

We have traveled to California, Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Louisianna, New Mexico, Mexico, Texas, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma, Ireland, Scotland, England and a few other places...we have lots to see in the future!

Because of work and staying in touch I must always be connected to the internet or wifi thus I can't be without my iphone. I find I have to have a meditation weekly and Reiki session at least once a month. My family is most important to me. I love watching television or movies on tv, listening to peaceful relaxing music and must have some Spicy Flavorful Foods along with some great local treats are just a few of my favorite things to do. We are casual travelers, enjoy staying in vacation rentals and homes, spur of the moment trips are some of the best ones.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (w/kids), & furry friends (pets)w/approval

This community has been a nice quiet get away for anyone who chooses to live here. The neighbors are considerate and respectful. The mature landscape with lots of shaded areas for walking around the community and the ease of getting from the home to anywhere we want to go brought us to purchase this home. Sharing it with others who need a place to stay while visiting the Las Vegas and Henderson communities has brought us lots of new friends and visitors from around the world. It's a place you can call home away from home.
