Our stay at the Abbeyville Drive home in Henderson was short but absolutely wonderful. The house was very comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed in every way. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of fresh linens and towels available.Our little dog especially loved running around in the secure backyard, and we really appreciated the quiet, safe neighborhood. The location made it easy to access all the main highways, so getting around town was a breeze.It was also a nice bonus to be able to pull our car into the garage each night — a small detail that made our stay even more convenient.Janie was an exceptional host — welcoming, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area.Thank you, Janie, for a truly enjoyable visit!

This home is inviting from your literal step one in the door. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do in Vegas. It was a GREAT investment and decision. The owner is very communicative and super pleasant to speak with. If ever in town again, I would for sure stay.

Super clean and safe stay.

Property manager is sweet and an excellent communicator. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed safe. The house was*perfectly* clean. The booking, check in, check out, rules were all clear and easy. Nit picky items: no full length mirror. Beds are fairly high off the ground. We WILL stay here again!!!

Beautiful home close to everything

The Abbeyville home was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. The bedrooms had a lot of storage, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The gas grill and patio were very nice also. The pool and hot tub were clean and the operating instructions were clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Close to everything but far enough away from the strip that you didn’t feel like you were right down in the chaos of it. The host was very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. She checked in with us often, but it was never annoying or intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Made it easy to travel with our dogs.

Clean, cozy home with a great, large backyard for our dogs to run around. Host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to the few questions we had. Close to lots of areas to eat, venues, parks, strip etc. Made our stay with our golden retrievers really easy and simple. Well stocked pantry, nice comfy beds. Would definitely come back.

Nice Vegas property

House was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Location provides easy access to main attractions. Great park with walking trails near. Host very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

We needed a place where our dogs were welcome & safe and a place that had easy access everywhere we needed to be. Not fancy but very comfortable! We would definitely come again

Nice vacation house

House is clean and has all we need, in addition it's close to the Strip. We had a great time in the Jacuzzi and backyard. Janie was very responsive to all of our requests. Thank you!

Clean & comfortable

We were in town for the NFR, the beds were comfortable and the house was cleaned well, however, the pool and spa are not very easy to use...the timer is set form like 7am to 5pm so you have to mess with the pump house if you want to use in the evening ifyou want to use in the evening

Family trip for 30th birthday

The house was great, had everything we needed at a good location to the strip. The renters were communicative and accommodating. Yard was well maintained too. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean, great yard for dogs.

We travel to Vegas often & bring out pups with; this home is great for dogs. Nice size back yard and deck to sit outside The beds are more like doubles than queens & very high off the ground. It wasn’t a major problem for us, but I would live a step stool because I’m only 5’2 and getting into bed was more of an adventure than I expected.Also, the step inside the front door is a bit treacherous so definitely take note of that. Overall it was a nice place & we would visit again.
