Minutes away from Spring Training fields, Country Club Golf Course, Shopping, restaurants, and only a 15 min drive from PHX Sky Harbor airport. The backyard is an entertainers dream, with a large outdoor kitchen, a natural gas fire pit, and play equipment for kids. Backyard is entirely fenced in. The home includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fitness room (dumbells, Peloton bike, MaxPro machine), large fully stocked kitchen with an electrolux side-by-side fully sized fridge/freezer. Fast wi-fi, smart TV's in every room, and extra sleeping room on the futon in the living room. Pets may come and stay OUTDOORS for a fee. Sleeps up to 8-10 people. Security cameras installed at front door and driveways.

Hi! We're so glad to have you stay with us! We are a family of 4, who have a ton of different interest and activities! Karali is a concert pianist and piano teacher, Matt is a Mechanical engineer, and our 2 boys love playing their instruments, reading, and playing with friends and cousins.

This is one of the most unique properties you will encounter. This amazing home is a custom built 1970's home that has been updated and loved! The home is built around the "courtyard", which has a diving pool, a retractable roof, and plenty of seating for you to enjoy at all times of the year. Enjoy the view of beautiful water from almost every space in the house! The backyard is large, and has a kitchen that is an entertainer's dream.This location is very close to freeway access, and is very close to shopping, golf, spring training baseball, the airport, the zoo, museums, etc.!
