Kuhio Shores 112 is a quiet, private oceanfront air conditioned condo that is 10 steps from the water’s edge. No need to deal with stairs or elevators; simply walk out the sliding glass door, and enjoy the ocean’s majesty! The first-floor location allows easy access to unforgettable sunrise and sunset views. Watch turtles while enjoying your morning coffee on the lanai. Surfers will entertain you while they work the famous waves directly in front of our unit and some of the best snorkeling on the island is just steps away.

We’ve made every effort to make your stay a comfortable one. Our newly installed Air Conditioning, ceiling fan, and the wonderful tropical breezes will delight you. Our kitchen, with a beautiful native koa wood island, is equipped with full size appliances, an ice maker, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, toaster, blender, and complete set of dishes and cookware. The living area has floor to ceiling windows looking out on the ocean, comfortable furnishings, a 40+ inch smart TV, dimmable lighting, free internet & cable, and USB equipped outlets for your devices. The bedroom has a California king bed, plenty of closet and dresser storage, a smart TV, and a secure, private window that provides access to the trade winds. The bathroom has a large vanity and glass walled, walk in shower. Your privacy and security are ensured by our keyless lock system and you will never be locked out by losing a key.

Outstanding snorkeling is steps from the building, with rental equipment available next door at the famous Beach House Restaurant. Kukui’ula Village Shopping Center is an easy 10-minute walk away, and offers dining (from Bubba Burgers to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse), a culinary market, clothing shops, groceries, drug store, shave ice, coffee/ice cream parlor, and more.

Beautiful waterfront view. Sunsets are magical. We stayed for 5 days. Location was perfect to explore the East & South sides of the Island. Unit is the perfect size for two & very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Laura was an excellent host. Very responsive to requests.

Easy communication with the host, Laura! Check-in process was super easy. Ample parking! Cool, clean property upon arrival. The unit had everything you'd need for a beachside rental! The lanai opening to the sounds of the ocean waves and views of honu and surfers sharing smooth waves was only second to the amazing sunrise and sunset. Kuhio Shores has it all!!! Highly recommend amd would definitely visit again! Having The Beach House Restaurant close by also added to the convenience the location has to offer.

Owner was so fast and responsive with every communication during the booking and check-in process. Property was exactly perfect for our needs, and less than a one minute walk to a wedding venue we attended. Clean and well-stocked. Above all of that, the view cannot be beat. We watched turtles for hours and relaxed!

Great location! Enjoyed watching surfers every morning/evening from the ground floor lanai. Condo is right next door to the popular Beach House restaurant famous for viewing sunsets. You can skip the pricey food and watch the same sunset from the condo’s lanai. Air conditioning in both living area and bedroom worked great!

This was our second time staying at this amazing condo, and it just feels like home! Being 10 feet from the ocean waves yet having such a private lanai made for relaxing and peaceful mornings and evenings! Lawai Bay at the end of the condo has some of the best snorkeling on the island, and right next to that is the Riptides shave ice, shack, which also has amazing pork nachos. We felt so fortunate to be right next to the fancy restaurant, the Beach House, where people come from all over the island for the amazing view – which we had every day! The bed was amazingly comfortable, the condo was set up perfectly to allow Tradewinds to flow through, and the air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom worked beautifully when needed.Check in and check out were easy, the condo had everything we needed including pots and pans and beach chairs and an umbrella, and the sound of the waves every day make this a truly magical place!

Our stay in Kuhio Shores was outstanding. The location of the unit, its proximity to the water - and right next door to the excellent Beach House restaurant couldn’t have been better. Laura was very responsive and kind. The unit was exactly as described - clean and well appointed. The king size bed was extraordinarily comfortable. With the fan in the bedroom, and the windows open to the surf, we never needed the air conditioning. Three very cool beach chairs and a couple of different sized coolers made it very convenient to walk to the nearby beaches. In addition to the Beach House next door, there are also a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance, or a short 5 minute drive. The kitchen had everything we needed - enough wine glasses for evenings and plates and silverware for homemade breakfasts. The parking lot, even when full, always had a sufficient number of spaces, and there was no additional charge. The complex is very quiet and the men who care for the landscaping and facilities were very helpful and super friendly. Our stay far exceeded our expectations and we are already looking into the future for a return visit.

We loved staying in this condo. Being able to walk out the back to the water was great. We were able to see sea turtles playing in the water from the living room. Waves were up while we were there too so could see surfing. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo and the view of the ocean was fantastic. We saw turtles every morning right in front of our terrace. Perfect for sunset viewing. Host was very responsive and was very gracious in allowing us a late checkout. The kitchen was well supplied and the room was quiet. Parking and location were excellent. Only negative was the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't seem to be working well and it was still a little warm at night when we used it. Overall loved this condo and would recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this amazing property! The location and view were incredible! It was so fun to wake up every morning and eat breakfast out on the patio looking over the ocean! The condo was clean and well stocked. All communications were quick and the manager was so so kind and let us have a later check out since we had an evening flight. Perfect Kauaian Getaway

We spent a few nights of our honeymoon here and it was incredible! Walk out to the waves hitting the shoreline, great restaurant right around the corner, the perfect location to explore the whole island from. We really enjoyed our time on Kauai!
