This is our second stay at this condo and it was even better than the first as we spent more time there just relaxing. It’s a great place to stay with great views and just a short drive to many good restaurants. Greg is a great host.

It was a well maintained property with a great direct ocean view. The place was thoughtfully and well stocked with everything you could need for your stay! It was literally next door to The Beachouse restaurant which a great place for a nice dinner. Would highly recommend!

Incredible view right on the ocean and comfortable beds! Greg was very responsive to all our questions and gave us great recommendations for activities and local restaurants. One of the closets was well stocked with all the beach gear (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers, boogie boards and more!) we would definitely come back to stay here!

This is the best place to stay if you want to stay near Lawai. The view is amazing and you are steps from the ocean. The unit is beutiful, spacious and very comfy.

This condo was so amazing! It had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect! We loved the oceanfront. It was peaceful and relaxing. We can not wait to stay here again. We would definitely want to stay in the same condo. The manager Greg was so helpful and responded in a quick manner. If your wondering if you should book this condo... do it! You will not regret it! The condo was in a perfect location and we loved being able to walk out the sliding door to the green grass and water. Greg was very easy to communicate with and gave us great information regarding activities and restaurant recommendations before our arrival. Would definitely come back!

Was extremely humid in bedroom. So everything was damp. The large bedroom was great. Small one not so much. There was nowhere to put our clothes- lived out of our suitcase for 10 days! Need a dresser !

Great location! Clean. Owner was very responsive with his messages. Laundry on each floor of the complex has change machine, need quarters. Beds were very comfortable. Keyless entry, so no need to worry about keys. Air conditioning was very nice. I look forward to another stay here

This is a nice condo in a great location. Close to lots of restaurants and beaches. The a/c works great and the beds were super comfortable. But the best thing is the million dollar views!

Great view and ground level, comfy place.

First time staying here and we loved it. Great view and convenient ground level unit that allowed us to walk out each morning and sit right by the ocean.

About Pat Calarco and Mike Isaacson

We have been coming to Hawaii for 20 years and have visited most of the islands. Kauai is our favorite island. Our son and daughter-in-law got engaged here and ultimately decided to move here from the San Francisco Bay area. So, after we retired, we decided to invest in this elegant 2 BR, 2 BA condo with its expansive ocean views. It has everything for an awesome vacation!

Why Pat and Mike chose Poipu

This #110 condo in the Kuhio Shores complex is in a perfect location. Walk out the door of this ground floor unit, onto manicured grass, and directly on to the ocean and two small beaches. Poipu Beach (ranked best beach in America by the Travel Channel) is a short stroll away The renowned Beach House restaurant ***** (ranked as one of the most romantic restaurants in Hawaii by the Travel Network) is adjacent to the complex. Also, an outdoor mall only 2 blocks away, has many restaurants and shopping. Newly remodeled and redecorated, this no-smoking unit has NEW CENTRAL A/C, an exceptionally equipped kitchen, granite counters, all new stainless-steel appliances, tile floors, and a barbecue area provided by the Kuhio Shores complex. Don’t forget to look for the sea turtles and whales!!
