Discover this sumptuous new villa of 350m², a rare and unique property in the region, offering high-end services for an unforgettable stay. With its heated indoor pool and its vast spaces, this villa is ideal for accommodating up to 14 people, whether with family or friends.

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the large enclosed garden, designed for relaxation and leisure. The large furnished terrace is equipped with a barbecue for outdoor meals, while a bowling alley will delight fans of petanque.

Inside, the living room, with an impressive area of over 100m², is bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows. The modern and fully equipped kitchen, with adjoining back kitchen, is open to a spacious living room, ideal for convivial moments.

The sleeping area on the ground floor consists of a sumptuous master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a dressing room, a private bathroom and a toilet. Three other bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160x200), share a bathroom and a toilet. An additional bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and a baby bed, perfect for the little ones.

Upstairs, a space dedicated to children offers two adjoining bedrooms: one with three single beds (90x200) and the other with four single beds (90x200). This floor also has a WC.

The house also has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer for your comfort.

The real jewel of this villa is the splendid 32m² indoor pool (4x8m, 1.60m deep), heated to 29°C all year round. Adjoining the pool, a bathroom and a second private terrace with sun loungers invite you to relax.

Fully equipped with home automation and underfloor heating, this villa combines modern comfort and high-end equipment.

Although this house is a real haven of peace, it is not suitable for parties.

Located in a small quiet hamlet, the villa is less than 5 minutes from all amenities. Only 10 minutes away are the charming port of Portsall and the sandy beaches of Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the GR34 coastal path that runs along the nearby coast.

For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
