With a surface area of 240 m² spread over two levels, it can accommodate up to 12 travelers and has six bedrooms, including two independent suites, all with stunning sea views. You'll also appreciate a spacious 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen and four bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The 1,200 m² garden, swimming pool and Jacuzzi will provide you with unforgettable moments of relaxation. With wifi, bed linen and towels provided, this villa combines luxury, comfort and serenity. The accommodation is composed as follows:
Garden level:
- A 60 m² living room, equipped with a television, a large corner sofa, a glass coffee table and a grand piano.
- A dining area perfect for gathering around a good meal, with a breathtaking view of the sea from the bay windows.
- A fully-equipped open kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... and a beautiful sea view.
- A fully-equipped laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machine.
- A suite with king-size bed (180×200), en-suite bathroom (bath), separate WC and closet.
- Two bedrooms, each with king-size bed (180×200), closets, sharing a dedicated bathroom with shower and separate WC.
- A final suite comprising a shower room, a separate bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) and a shared area within the suite with a king-size bed (180×200), separate WC.

Each room is equipped with bay windows giving access to the garden and spa, offering abundant natural light and a beautiful openness to the outdoors.
Three WCs located on the first floor are separate from the bathrooms, one of which is in the entrance vestibule.

Upper floor:
- A spacious suite with a king-size bed (180×200) including a shower room with walk-in shower, a WC separated by a door, and a closet.

For lovers of fine wines and spirits, the villa has a spirits cellar offering a selection of red, white and rosé wines, as well as rum, whisky, vodka and gin. This cellar is available at extra cost, and will be invoiced at the end of your stay if any drinks have been consumed. Prices are displayed in the cellar.

For optimal comfort, the owners have carefully selected additional equipment such as a barbecue, a high chair, a table and iron, a video projector and a Bluetooth speaker.

- This villa has several terraces totaling 100 m², offering plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the idyllic setting. Ideal for al fresco dining or socializing with family and friends, these terraces are furnished with garden furniture and a bar, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and peaceful evenings.
- Take a dip in the private heated counter-current pool (5.20x2.30m) or opt for a moment of relaxation in the eight-person jacuzzi. These facilities are accessible 24 hours a day, all year round, for an uninterrupted wellness experience. A panel system protects the pool when not in use, ensuring easy maintenance and safety. And you will enjoy breathtaking sea views while you relax.
- The pergola, equipped with comfortable garden furniture, is the ideal place to enjoy your meals or relax in the shade.
- The 1,200 m² south-facing garden allows you to enjoy the sun all day long. You can also relax on the sun loungers, enjoy the outdoor shower after a beautiful day at the beach, or prepare delicious meals in the kitchen area with barbecue. The automatic garden lighting creates a pleasant atmosphere in the evening.
During the winter period (from mid-October to the end of March), garden furniture is not available in order to ensure its proper preservation in the face of weather conditions (rain, frost, moss, etc.). However, the chairs on the upper terrace remain at your disposal.

The villa is ideally located in Locmaria-Plouzané, in a very quiet, private and discreet setting. Just a 3-minute walk will take you to the restaurants and beach of Trégana.

A motorized electric gate gives you easy, safe access to the villa. Six private parking spaces are available on the property.

- Nearest airport: Brest airport 24km away (approx. 30 minutes by car).

- The villa is equipped with a surveillance camera aimed exclusively at the entrance (parking lot).
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €30 per stay (one pet only). Please specify this when booking.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
