Wonderful house located 0.5 miles (2 min drive) to Squaw Valley Ski Resort, the host site for the 1960 Winter Olympics. Close to Truckee Downtown (14 min) and Tahoe City (10 min). The Truckee River Bike Trail just steps away.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to host your family and friends. Large deck for BBQ and entertaining.

Separate studio downstairs where owners and others sometimes stay.
