The charming villa features a spacious terrace overlooking the garden and private pool, where you can bask in the sun all day. Outdoors, comfortable sun loungers and a barbecue area await, perfect for cozy summer nights with family and friends. The enclosed garden ensures both privacy and safety.

Inside, you will find a bright and airy living area with modern furnishings and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, and there is room to gather around the dining table for family meals.

Vreeslijke vakantie. Vol met muizenpoep. Elke dag kwamen we wel een muis tegen. Binnen en buiten het huis. Trap was gemaakt van losse linoleum. Buiten gevaarlijk voor kinderen en volwassen. Gewoon een bouwterrein. Eerder weggegaan en maar een 1/4 geld teruggekregen. Mag gewoon niet verhuurd worden. Wordt ook niet gehoord of geholpen door de verhuurder en Homerez.

Expérience mitigée

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques mais la rédaction de l'annonce ne correpond pas vraiment à la réalité... l'espace extérieur n'est pas entretenu (un tas de bois, des gravats et debris divers, des clapiers vides mais pas nettoyés).... c'est dommage.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille. La maison, ses extérieurs et la piscine sont très appréciables. L’hôte Olivier s’est montré disponible et sympathique. De nombreux commerces à proximité (boulangerie-pâtisserie, boucherie, supermarché, bureau de tabac, …) et le centre de Fayence est accessible rapidement en voiture et à pieds (attention, ça grimpe !). Nous vous recommandons les restaurants « Le France » et « Le provençal » si vous souhaitez manger à Fayence. Petit bémol pour le logement et son intérieur un peu vieillissant. Ce n’était pas très propre à notre arrivé (vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle, humidité-moisissures dans le lave-linge) et assez poussiéreux. Nous avons laissé le logement dans un meilleur état que celui dans lequel nous l’avons trouvé. Attention aussi au jardin, clôturé mais avec certaines parties encombrées (tas de bois, débarras) qui pourraient être dangereuses pour animaux et enfants en bas âge

Poorly equipped which let down a property with good potential

Beautiful old house in a lovely setting only a short walk from the town of Fayence. The pool and large well equipped kitchen were great but we sadly left disappointed. The kitchen had no soap, only one dishwasher tablet, bathrooms had no soap, no towels, beds were not made, no towels for the pool etc. The pool lights were not functioning and hanging out of their fixtures which didn't seem entirely safe, and the pool house was very scruffy and messy. All these little things added up to feel like there was a lack of care. The garden was okay but clearly needs some work - there are large piles of what is seemingly just waste or building materials left lying around and there needs to be some gardening work done. The lighting outside is very harsh and doesn't provide a particularly relaxed environment to sit at night. Overall it was just very scruffy, with random possessions of the owner in every room. This is all a shame because the house has a lot of potential if only a little extra care was shown to it and the guests that stay here.

Großes Haus + Grundstück

Das große Haus und Grundstück bietet ausreichend Platz für Familien mit Kindern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Leider lagerte auf dem Grundstück Sperrmüll (Autoreifen, Paletten u.a.). Hinter dem Pool ist ein ungesicherter Zugang zu einem Keller. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und tief, jedoch liegen am Rand ausgebaute Unterwasserleuchten mit Stromkabeln.
