Yellow Houseは明るく開放感があり、家族での休暇に理想的な場所です。 地元のブドウ畑が点在する静かな田園地帯に位置し、魅力的な歴史的な丘の中腹にある町Fayenceからは、素敵なレストランや市場があります。 車で5分先に大型スーパーマーケットがあります。 最近改装されたヴィラ全体には、様々なモダンな設備が備わり、オープンプランのキッチンと広々としたラウンジエリアがあります。 家は8快適に眠る。 4つのベッドルーム、3つのバスルームがあります（1つの家族がバスタブ付き、シャワー付きウォーク、2つの専用バスルーム：1つはバスタブ付き、高架レインシャワー、1つはウォークインシャワー付き）。 洗濯機、回転式乾燥機、アイロン台付きの独立したユーティリティ/ランドリールームがあります。 ヴィラの前後にテラスと屋外バーベキューがあります。 広い庭園（3000平方メートル）が家を囲んでいます。 裏庭には子供用のスイングがある遊び場があります。

Great stay, brilliant property and location

The most well equipped rental property we have ever stayed in, had everything we needed. Really clean, lovely layout, open plan kitchen etc with nearby outside dining. Pool was great size and heated, which made a really positive swim time! Location was good too, Fayence was a lovely little town, also great restaurant at hotel a few mins away for a special occasion. Also very well stocked nearby supermarket with decent opening times …and all just an hour from Nice airport, lovely holiday, would recommend.

Sehr schön, in einem sehr guten und praktikablen Haus. Bei kleineren Problemen half Aurelie sehr nett und zielgerichtet in kurzer Zeit. Die Kinder waren begeistert, die Außenanlagen sind kindgerecht. Wir können das Haus und den Vermieter nur empfehlen und wollen genau da wieder hin.Ein kleiner Punkt:Die Beschattungsmöglichkeit der Terrasse sollte ausgeweitet werden.

Magnifique

Deja la proprietaire repond rapidement en collaboration avec aurelie la gestionnaire sur place qui nous a super bien accueilli et expliqué les instructions. La maison est top la piscine est magnifique le cadre est parfait pour un moment de repos et de calme a 35/40minute de cannes frejus.. Je recommande tout etait parfait je n’hesiterais pas a revenir Merci

Séjour dans la villa jaune à Fayence

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison, qui correspondait très bien à l'annonce : le top. On aurait juste aimé avoir une table à l'intérieure plus adaptée pour 7 à 8 personnes et une prise extérieure électrique sous le auvent à voiture pour recharger notre véhicule électrique. La situation de la maison et sa belle piscine bien protégée nous ont ravis pendant ce séjour, très caniculaire.

Nous étions 2 couples avec enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 10 jours dans la maison "Jaune"...Maison très bien agencée avec un espace nuit bien à l 'écart de la pièce à vivre, équipement complet et de très bonne qualité, accueil et disponibilité d'Aurélie (notre contact sur place) irréprochable. L endroit permet une déconnexion total, situé au calme avec un grand terrain. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison soit entre amis soit avec des enfants.

Beautiful, immaculate, outstanding villa & location ⭐️

We have had a throughly enjoyable 4 night stay at this villa and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The villa has been designed to a very high standard, which has everything you could ask for and more. On arrival the villa was immaculate! The bedrooms are all a great size with lots of storage and the bathrooms have all been renovated to a high standard. We were provided with all the amenities including extra towels, washing machine, dishwasher, air con etc. The location of the villa is great, just a short drive from Fayence village, local shops and restaurants. It is also only a 45 minute drive from nice Airport. The grounds of the villa are very private and the pool is excellent! The owners of the villa were also very helpful and courteous and provided additional directions to locate the villa making our arrival stress free! I couldn’t recommend this villa enough to anyone looking to visit Fayence as it has made such an enjoyable stay and we hope to return in the future.

Fantastic property in an amazing location

We had a 10 night stay at the Yellow House in August 2018, two families with 4 kids in total. The property is furnished to a high standard, with a kitchen that puts most other holiday villas to shame. I am a keen cook and was surprised at the sheer array of utensils available to create with! The property is air conditioned throughout which is very welcome after a day by the pool in 35 degree heat and the bathrooms are cool and spacious, perfect for wrestling two children into the shower at the end of the day! The pool itself is lovely, just the right depth at both ends and heated so you don't get that bone chilling freeze when jumping in on a hot day. At the end of the day, there is an electric cover that we used each night not only from a safety aspect but also to ensure a bug and leaf free pool experience the following morning. There is also a pool alarm system useful if you have young children that like to wander. The rest of the grounds are spacious and there is a secure/gated garden area to the rear of the property where the kids can safely play on the swings or kick a football about in. The location of the property is perfect. 45 Minutes from Nice airport and very simple to find. We had day trips out to Frejus, St Maxime, St Tropez, Grasse and Monaco, all of which were 30-45 minutes away with the exception of Monaco which was little over an hour. You can pretty much access most of the major towns and cities across the south by hitting the A8. We also had a day out at the local lake (approx 5-10 min drive) - Lac du St Cassien - this is a must if you have kids. There is an inflatable Aqua Parc there (5 Euros for 30 mins) which was amazing and you can also hire Pedallos with slides on them which our kids loved. The water is clear and the lake stretches as far as the eye can see in all directions. For food, there is a large Super U supermarket 5 minutes drive from the villa in Fayence which was perfect for all our needs. There is a slightly larger E.Leclerc about 10-15 minutes back towards the A8 but we found the Super U to be just as good and far more conveniently located. Fayence village itself is lovely and has a regular market 2-3 times per week with beautiful views across the valley and glider aerodrome. I could very easily carry on writing in more detail about our experience but where would the fun be in that for you - hire the villa and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Thank you David.

Beautiful, high quality and well-functioning vacation house

We have recently returned from a 2 weeks holiday in this great vacation house in the beautiful surroundings of Fayence. We arrived after a long warm drive from Denmark, and were met by a cooled down, clean and well-equipped house. Our family consists of 6 adults and 1 teenager, which this house could easily accommodate, with lots of space to socialize as a group, and great opportunities to retreat in personal rooms, all large and with well functioning air-conditions and Wifi. The house was newly built, and materials and interior were clearly high quality. A well-functioning house! We could have benefitted from a covered terrace but managed ok with the parasols. The Pool area was wonderful! Both owner and local contact person were very kind and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this house, and would definitely consider coming back.

Simply outstanding

This was our 2nd time at the yellow house, once again we had a fantastic time. The property has everything you'll ever need, fully equipped with all essentials and more. The pool and grounds are exceptional. Perfect base for getting around the cote d'zure. Can't really commend the owners enough for such an excellent holiday rental. Will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of taking a holiday in fayence.

Perfect week

We had a fantastic week in the 'Yellow House'! The house is just secluded enough to feel very relaxing yet close enough to shops, the local village and lake to provide alternative entertainment. The house, and in particular the kitchen, is well equipped with everything you need - spare towels, all cooking equipment, TV, WiFi, super comfy beds etc. The house is very clean with beautiful decor and the swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off! Top tips - walk to the hotel down the road (10 mins or so) - amazing and reasonable outside restaurant, wine tasting at Domaine Grande Bastide, and take a drive to Feyance with it's lovely restaurants, shops and bars - great view from the top. Couldn't recommend more, we will be back!

The perfect place to relax

We were a group of 6 adults staying at the villa, and we had come to the south of France for a friend's wedding in Mougins (45 minutes away). We were 100% delighted with the villa - it was extremely clean, well maintained and had everything we could need. There were plenty of extra towels to use by the pool, the kitchen was fully fitted, and there was plenty of storage in all the bedrooms. This is the perfect base to explore the area.. we went on day trips to Mougins, Vence, St Paul de Vence and Cannes - all within 30-50 minutes in the car. There is a wonderful hotel 5 minutes away which has the most amazing restaurant - I highly recommend it but do book as it fills up each night. However, if you also want to spend your days at the villa it's great for that too.. there are plenty of local supermarkets to stock up on food, which is really handy. We all agreed we would love to come back next year, and would definitely stay in the yellow house on that trip too. Clear communication with the owner too which is helpful and important. In conclusion.. this is the perfect house for a wonderful, relaxing South of France Holiday!

Our family regularly holiday at the villa. It is ideal for children and adults alike. We love to relax by the pool, doing nothing at all, or spend a day enjoying the many and varied delights of this part of Provence. Cannes, Antibes and the beaches (and Roman ruins) of Fréjus/St. Raphael are roughly 30-45 minutes away. 5 km from Fréjus are the less crowded, yet family-friendly, sandy beaches of St. Aygulf. The delightful St. Tropez is a little further round the coast and can be reached by boat or car. Fayence itself is one of the charming medieval 'villages perchés' of the Var. It has many restaurants, cafés and bars to suit all requirements, and holds regular bustling markets where fresh Provençal food and artisan delights are on display. During August Fayence hosts the Night Ball and Market once a week. 5 minutes from the house is the large, modern Super U supermarket and the local tennis club where the energetic can book lessons. A 10 minute drive away is the Fayence-Tourettes Aerodrome, home to the premier gliding club and Airplay Skydiving Centre. You can either watch all the activities from the family friendly restaurant on site, or if you are feeling adventurous, you can book gliding lessons and learn to skydive and parachute. 15 minutes from the house is the prestigious Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort and then another 15 minutes further down the road is the beautiful Lac de Saint Cassien: a large freshwater lake encircled by tree lined hills. It is a recreational area with water sports for all the family: There are bars, eateries and plenty of picnic areas around the lake. It is also a conservation and nature reserve and a favourite destination for carp fishing. The countryside is ideal for horse riding, cycling and hiking. A day trip to the Verdon Gorge is highly recommended. It is a spectacular river canyon with great opportunities for rock climbing, white-water rapids for the intrepid adventurer and paddling for the less so.
