Lovely Beach front Condo With Shared Pool, Central Location!



The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

Beautiful newly remodeled 1 bedroom 1.5 Bath, 2nd-floor unit with breathtaking views!!!  Fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer combo.  Find yourself steps from the beach at this spacious, family-friendly condo. Enjoy incredible views of the sugar-white sands from your balcony, or prepare full meals and beach snacks in your well-equipped kitchen. On the ground level, work up a sweat in the fitness room, cool off in the shared pools, or walk right out onto the beach for days of fun in the surf and sun. With the perfect location and all this condo offers, what's not to love?!



What's nearby:

Fish off the pier or indulge in a little retail therapy at Pier Park, just a short drive from this rental. For family fun, race around the track or play a few rounds of mini-golf at Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, play on the waterslides at Shipwreck Island Waterpark, or check out the fascinating exhibits at WonderWorks and Ripleys Believe It or Not. And be sure to visit St. Andrews State Park for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and canoeing.

Do Not Recommend!! Filthy! Extremely Unsanitary!

Upon arrival, we walked in to a stale and musty odor. The sofa and chair were very stained and dirty. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been washed in years. We notified property management and they came over while we were out and put what looked to be moving blankets over the sofa and left several exposed areas of soiled fabric. We were not able to use the living room during our entire stay due to the nastiness. While we love the summit and have stayed many times here…. this unit is the worst!

Great for friends weekend, wouldn’t recommend for families

This room has been updated with nice furnishings. Loved that this is on the 2nd floor. My only complaint is that we had zero directions on how to work the lock with the door access code. (It’s not your typical locking system like other condos). Also there were several bugs in the room. The room was nice, but the building seems pretty old. Thankfully on the 2nd floor because the wait times for elevators was very long. This condo is definitely more of a “party scene”, with DJ at pool each night with an active younger crowd. We enjoyed it for our girls weekend but I would not recommend coming here on a family trip with children.
