Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system. Parking, single garage. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Grocery 850 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift 50 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Oeschinensee, Blausse. Spacious and bright, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, dining nook, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 large room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), bathroom, bidet and separate WC. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)) with hatch. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Überdurchscnittlich in Lage und Ausstattung

Die Garage ist zu kurz, so dass nur kleinere PKWs darin abgestellt werden können. Keiner unserer beiden Wagen passte hinein (xxx und xxx). Dies muss in der Ausschreibung erwähnt werden! Vor allem im Winter will man in der Regel seinen Wagen wohl doch in die Garage stellen!
