insgesamt gut leider sehr hellhörig

wir waren zu zweit für 3 nächte in der Ferienunterkunft + sehr geräumig und für unsere Nutzung (viel unterwegs) gut + Küche optimal ausgestattet + sehr sauber - Leider Matratze unbequem (für mich zu weich) - letzte Nacht ab mitternacht war es sehr laut (fr auf sa Nacht) - hellhörig schlafen kaum möglich

Super Lage - in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Lido, Bagno Pubblico oder an der Promenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Lediglich die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist ein wenig ‚in die Jahre‘ gekommen. In der Küche fehlten Abdeckungen an den Schränken / Dampfabzug.

Appartement confortable et très bien équipé au centre d’Ascona. A proximité des commerces, Migros et boulangerie à 100 mètres. Le lac à 300 mètre. Location très bien organisée! Le seul petit bémol est le bruit, immeuble pas très bien isolé mais c’est supportable.

Sehr guter Standort und Zuschnitt der Wohnung

Seepromenade, Supermarkt, Osteria und Bäcker (sonntags bis 12 Uhr geöffnet) in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, also ein toller Standort. Ruhig gelegen, sehr guter Zuschnitt der Wohnung, guter Service, hat alles geklappt. Wir konnten am Abreisetag sogar bis 18 Uhr in der Wohnung bleiben. Gutes WLAN, konnten sogar einen Föhn ausleihen ;-)
