cadre agréable mais presence juste au dessous d un bar qui organise 2 fois par semaine des soirées musicales .Le vendredi soir boum-boum- boum jusqu' à 2 heures du matin. Ce n est pas l ideal quand vous avez des heures de conduite le lendemain et que vous avez 76 ans .L agence Le Guillouzer devrait en informer les locataires surtout les plus agés. Je déplore l absence d état des lieux en commun à notre arrivée.

Propreté irréprochable, confortable et bien placé

Appartement trÚs confortable, trÚs propre jusque dans les placards, la literie de la chambre parentale est ferme, trÚs bien pour les gens qui ont mal au dos, mais un surmatelas pour un accueil moelleux serait bienvenu ! Il manque par contre un grand faitout et le nécessaire pour déguster les fruits de mer (pique, pince). Sinon, grande variété de vaisselle disponible. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine.

Description vendeuse !

Le logement est correct en son espace. L’annonce stipule vue sur mer alors que c’est vue sur le linkin et piste de pĂ©tanque ! Il n’y a pas de dolce gusto mais un simple percolateur ! Les assises des fauteuils sont plus que usĂ©s et inconfortable , ainsi que la literie qui quant Ă  elle est un dĂ©sastre ! Impossible d’avoir une nuit rĂ©paratrice tant les matelas sont de mauvaise qualitĂ©, hyper dur ! Par contre, l’appartement est bien situĂ©, calme, propre, fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©, rien ne manque. Facile a entretenir en fin de sĂ©jour.
