Heating package of 20 €/week from October to May. Gas heating. Washing machine. Balcony furniture. Free public parking spaces on the port. Good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 3 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
