Located in the quiet area of Charmettoger, in the residence at the foot of the Aiguille Grive 3 slopes, this 40m² duplex apartment for 6 people is on the 3rd floor with an east-facing balcony.
The duplex apartment comprises an entrance hall, separate toilet and kitchen opening onto the living room. The kitchen is equipped with 3 electric hobs, a mini oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and toaster.
The living room has a sofa bed, a table and a TV.
Upstairs, there is a landing with 2 bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old)
and a bathroom with a bath and toilet.
A sleeping area that can be separated by a sliding partition with 1 pull-out bed and 3 single beds.
The balcony faces south-east.
Access to the slopes from the 4th floor.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an additional cost.
