Modern 2-family house "Lemke". 300 m from the centre of Prerow, in a quiet position in the residential district, 750 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Ribnitz" 38 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Tennis 800 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
2-room apartment 56 m2, on the top floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Small balcony, patio. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Die Fewo ist ordentlich und gemütlich eingerichtet und alles war sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben. Für uns war das ein gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Nette Gastgeber, hilfreiche Ausflugstipps Super Wetter, aber auch wenn das Wetter nicht mitgespielt hätte, die Wohnung hätte dies entschädigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das einzige Mango, 1 Woche war zu kurz. Wenn wir nochmals wiederkommen, dann 2 Wochen.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen,

angenehm und beste Lage. Wenige Meter und man ist beim Bäcker, Einkaufsmarkt, Restaurant, oder Shopping die Straßen rauf und runter. Zu Fuß ist man in knapp 10 Minuten am Strand, wenn man es an den Ständen vorbeischafft ;-)
