In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 150 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Ribnitz" 38 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Tennis 800 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
2-room apartment 56 m2, on the top floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Small balcony, patio. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung, mit allem, was man zum wohlfühlen braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Für uns, ist es eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
