This three bed, two bath, mid-century island home has great vibes. It's bright, cozy, welcoming, and certain to put a smile on your face. Casa Chiquita features a heated pool (optional), screened porch for dining and lounging, a covered carport with a bait freezer, plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicles, and an abundance of south facing outdoor space to soak up some Florida sunshine.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, flatware, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. There are towels, spare linens, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a 40” Roku smart TV. Each other guest room has a queen size bed and shares a common bath. There’s a sleeper sofa in the living room which can accommodate an additional 2. (8 maximum occupancy per local ordinance)

This home has smart features including voice controlled fans, lights, and air conditioning via Alexa devices throughout. There’s a 55” Roku smart TV in the living room for movie night.
