SUMMER IS HERE!!
This is a 2954 sqft spacious home in the quiet neighborhood of Roundhill. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 Baths. The house is located in a very convenient location. It is 1.5 miles to the lake. We are located 3.5 miles to Heavenly village for skiing and the Casino Cooridor. Enjoy a fantastic Great Room with a pool table then soak in your private hot tub! Sleeps 6. We do have a $60 pet fee.

We loved our stay! We had 6 adults and two young children and the house was very spacious, clean, and safe for all of us. We brought our dogs and were so grateful for a completely fenced in yard. Check in was easy, host was available and quick to respond to any questions we had. We definitely would stay again.

My husband and three adult children stayed here over labor day weekend. We had a great time and the house worked wonderfully for our group. It was spacious, open and clean and we particularity loved the pool table where we enjoyed several games of "friendly" competitive pool! We also enjoyed the VERY LARGE television, the hot tub and Tony, the host made sure the gas grill had plenty of propane as we explained that we planned on cooking and eating in. Overall, the house was adequately stocked and we had a great time. Tony communicated at every juncture and was a pleasure to work with. We would certainly stay there again.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in Tahoe!We had such a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and provided the perfect home base for our Tahoe getaway. Everything was clean, welcoming, and just as described.The location was fantastic for enjoying everything Tahoe has to offer, and we really appreciated being able to relax and enjoy the property after a full day of exploring.This trip was especially meaningful for me because I grew up in the Tahoe area, so being back brought back so many wonderful memories. Getting to share Tahoe with my husband and our 13-year-old golden retriever, made it even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing Tahoe getaway!

Incredible Snowy Getaway

We had an incredible time during our stay. We went for snow and we certainly got three incredible days of nonstop beautiful snow. Property was amazing, host Tony was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Great neighborhood, clean, and spacious house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Tony was a very friendly, super responsive host and my party of 8 and pet enjoyed a lovely family ski weekend at his property. There was more than enough room for kiddos & adults alike to comfortably stay, play, eat, and relax. The family room is especially cozy and the arcade game, pool table, and giant TV made for great entertainment. The kitchen has pretty much anything you would need in workable condition, though things are a bit older and a hodgepodge that you might expect from a rental kitchen situation. Having a hot tub was also a great bonus and enjoyed, and the location & value can't be beat. When we had some ad hoc requests, we appreciated Tony and his housekeeper's prompt help. A very solid property to book, would repeat! Thank you!

This house has sooo much potential & honestly I struggled on if I was going to write this review. The house is as described & fit our needs with location & space but with that being said here were our issues. Our family of four is highly allergic to cats, upon arriving, the house was hot & we had to open all the windows, the room that was the coolest was the living room, unfortunately all of the throw pillows had cat hair and so did the throw blankets (on the back of the sofa) & we found some on the carpet so I spent the first hour vacuuming, washing the throws & taking a bendadryl. Once we got past & thought we were finally ready to go to sleep, we then realized that about 50% of the windows in the house do not actually lock. Before anyone comes at me about it being a safe neighborhood, which it seemed like it was, my mom brain did not let me sleep because every little noise woke me. Later we also realized that we had to take all our electronics with us because we didn’t feel right leaving them in the house, also neighbors were doing construction during the day with multiple cars in and out of the area. The outlets are very old & nothing would stay plugged in unless you were willing to mess up your plugs. We found one plug & had to take turns charging our phones & electronics. the master shower had mold and bad smell. the blinds, since we had to open & close the windows to let air in everyday am& pm we had to touch the grime, suggest that the owner find a new cleaner.

Wow!! I just read your review. I am very disappointed. I can't believe you took all your electronics with you when leaving the house for the day. Of course our home is not a new home and some things are not perfect. It was really sad to read your review especially almost all our reviews are very good.

SPACE FOR DAYS!! This property is so spacious!! We were a group of 5 and we fit in each room comfortably! Check-in qas easy since we had great communication with the Host. Host is friendly and accommodating--don't hesitate to ask him about anything! Using the Hot Tub was HEAVENLY! Truly a home of relaxation everything had such a great ease of access.

Great Place

The house is great and the owner was very responsive when I had questions. There was a strange smell, but I think it was just cabin and ice melting but other than that we had no problems.

One of our most favorite stays at Lake Tahoe! The host, Tony, is very responsive to messages, understanding and accomodating. He took care of us for our entire 3 night stay, until the morning we left.The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac where neighbors were super friendly and points of interest like groceries, hiking trails and ski lifts were less than 5 minutes away.The house was cozy, but spacious. All the cooking utensils and a spice rack at your disposal. A drip coffee maker with filters already provided and also a Keurig if you choose.The jetted tub in the main bathroom was great as well as the hot tub in the fenced back yard.We definitely took advantage of the pool table as well. Git to show my kids I still had it in me! Thanks again, Tony, for being a great host and for our most wonderful stay. Looking forward to next time!

Torn recliner. Carpet remnants in master bath, cheap stiff short handle plumber helper with splash back, one cheap chair outside with covered porch. Won’t be back.
