A charming, newly renovated fisherman's cottage located in Port-Louis,<br>, between the Blavet River to the west and the Étel River to the east. <br><br>An ideal base for exploring the Lorient harbor and its surroundings. <br><br>On the first floor, the house features a sunny living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a combined living and dining room. <br>It also has two beautiful bedrooms upstairs, as well as a shower room. <br>The enclosed garden with a southwest-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying meals in peace and quiet.<br>The second floor offers breathtaking views of La Côte Rouge, the Gâvres Peninsula, and the island of Groix. <br><br>In Port-Louis, everything is within walking distance; the house is close to the marina and the ferry terminal for Gâvres and Lorient. The highlight of this rental: the nearest beach is less than a 5-minute walk away.<br> It’s a 10-minute walk from the lifeguard-patrolled Pâtis Beach and the citadel, home to the National Maritime Museum and the Compagnie des Indes. <br>Close to all shops, with numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as doctors, a library, artists’ studios, and more. There’s a market on Saturday mornings and a night market in the cobblestone streets of the old town every Tuesday in July and August. A wide range of water sports, athletic activities, and tourist attractions are available.

Faultless

Yves has a beautiful home, full of quirky furniture which retains the French feel along with a high spec of kitchen and bathroom. The garden is a great size and fully enclosed for our dog and has the sun all day. The kitchen has every utensil and more. Plenty of plates and cutlery so we could use the dishwasher, even supplied tabs. Toilet paper too, not the usual 1 roll before you can get to the shops! Coffee, tea, condiments a plenty. The beds were really comfy. The shower was great and the spec was super high. 10 minutes walk to the town, boulangerie etc. Could have stayed in this house forever!! Merci Yves!

Sehr schönes, kleines und gemütliches Ferienhaus in einem netten Fischerort. Sehr gut eingerichtet, geschmackvoll renoviert und fussläufig zum kleinen Ortszentrum mit Restaurants, Bäckereien und kleinen Geschäften. Unser Hund wusste den umzäunten Garten sehr zu schätzen. Der Urlaub hat uns gut gefallen, trotz der nahen Hauptstraße war es sehr ruhig, der Host war sehr nett und hat sich bei Rückfragen immer sofort gemeldet.

Maison bien décrite rien ne manque et ce petit jardin est bien agréable quand on a un chien . Dommage le soleil n'a pas beaucoup brillé mais on a pu faire de jolies balades malgré tout.

Séjour très agréable dans une région où tout le monde y trouve son compte, qu’on aime les plages ou la rando ou encore les visites.La côte sauvage aussi bien que l’intérieur des terres vaut le détour.Et on mange bien.La maison était impeccable avec toutes les commodités et un jardin fermé, idéal si vous êtes avec un chien.On a beaucoup aimé.

Gezellig, volledig uitgerust en rustig gelegen visserhuisje.

Héél tevreden over ons verblijf. - Communicatie met eigenaar verliep erg vlot en correct. - Erg rustig gelegen, gezellig en volledig uitgerust visserhuisje met 2 slaapkamers. - Voorzien van tuin die volledig afgesloten is, ideaal voor onze kleine viervoeter. - Port-Louis heeft enkele goede restaurants zoals Le Wind, l’Atelier, Il Pirata (pizzeria) en verschillende goede winkels. De streek is mooi doch weinig echt uitnodigend. Carnac (busrondrit) en boottocht naar Lorient zijn wel voltreffers. Zouden wij het huren van dit hondvriendelijk vakantiehuisje aanraden: ZEKER maar de streek beviel ons echter iets minder.

Maison de pêcheur cosy, entièrement équipée et située au calme.

Très satisfait de notre séjour. - La communication avec le propriétaire a été très fluide et correcte. - Maison de pêcheur très calme, cosy et entièrement équipée avec 2 chambres. - Equipé d'un jardin entièrement clos, idéal pour notre petit compagnon à quatre pattes. - Port-Louis possède quelques bons restaurants comme Le Wind, l'Atelier, Il Pirata (pizzeria) et plusieurs bonnes boutiques. La région est belle mais pas vraiment accueillante. Carnac (visite en bus) et promenade en bateau jusqu'à Lorient sont de véritables succès. Recommanderions-nous de louer cette maison de vacances acceptant les chiens : CERTAINEMENT, mais nous avons un peu moins aimé la région.

Mooi gemoderniseerd huis met tuin op centrale locatie

We hebben genoten in deze keurige woning. De omheinde tuin was ideaal voor onze 2 hondjes en voor onszelf om lekker in te kunnen relaxen. Rustig gelegen en alles op korte afstand, zee, stadjes enz. Aanrader!!!!

Port louis

Petite maison (3 niveaux) au calme, rénovée neuf avec goût. Jardin exposé sud ouest. Premiere boulangerie se trouve au centre-ville de port louis mais peut être rejoint a pied. On peut rejoindre l'ile de groix ou Lorient en bateau depuis port louis. Un ticket de bus/bateau (sauf ile de groix) est a 1,50€ par trajet. La plage qu'on a préféré est a 5 min a pied. Depuis ce cote de port louis, une barque vous amène sur l'île de Gavres avec de belles plages!

Petite maison de pêcheur joliment rénovée et très agréable. Jardin bien arboré. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Location tout à fait recommandable pour découvrir la région.

Un super week-end

Logement spacieux, bel décoration, fonctionnel très bien placé, chambres au calme. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui a été à l'écoute de nos besoins des le départ. Nous recommanderons cette location autour de nous et nous reviendrons !
