Unbedingt renovierungsbedürftig
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten am ersten Tag kein warmes Wasser, darauf wurde sofort jemand geschickt und es wurde behoben. Der allgemeine Zustand der Wohnung ist leider sehr verwohnt und abgenutzt. Teilweise aufgequollene Türzargen. Duschen und Fugen teilweise schwarz. Küche klebrig und nicht sauber. Das Elternschlafzimmer war in Ordnung, die Zimmer der Kinder soweit auch. Ein Zimmer ohne Fenster, die anderen Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof, leider stickig

Achtung Baustelle
Schlüsselhalterin sehr nett! Schade, riesen Baustelle, sehr laut, genau vor dem Haus. Daneben eine vielbefahrene Hauptstraße. Sonst eine zweckmäßige FeWo. Könnte alles etwas sauberer sein, besonders der Fußboden. Leider auf den zweiten Blick nicht ganz unserer Anspruch. Wasserkocher hat einen Kurzschluss verursacht, Staubsauger funktioniert erst gar nicht, usw., usw.! Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung? Kein Radio? Zum Glück hatten wir nur 4 Übernachtungen.

Det såg ut samma som bilderna. Men det är varmt man vill dö där inne och det är dam överallt och sakerna är lite slitna. Man såg insäkter på toan men man rymmer måmga om man går i grupp och det är nära staden och det finns bussar och tåg över allt.

Schön, dass die Nachbarn so freundlich waren, und der Vermieter gleich nach dem defekten Gasherd geschaut hat. Schade, dass die Wohnung einen Ausblick auf eine Grossbaustelle hatte, der DVD Player nicht funktionierte, nur spanische Sender im TV, nur drei Herdplatten einsatzfähig, einige Schubladen fast auseinander fielen, dass es stickig war, und eine Deckenleiste im Bad bei starkem Wind herunterkrachte...

Barcelona Wochenende mit Freunden
Für ein verlängertes Wochenende optimal. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Touristenattraktionen, die Innenstadt jedoch gut mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Es ist alles ordentlich. Die Dusche im kleinen Bad sollte mal saniert werden. Tipp: Frühstück im 365, lecker und preisgünstig!

Au cœur de la ville mais loin des touristes
Appartement impeccable, accueil très sympathique, dans un quartier méconnu des touristes, populaire, varié.
Le métro est proche qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre touristique.
Excellent marché.
