About this property

Charmante Maison Rénovée Avec Jardin Arboré et Bassin !

In Saintes, a City of Art and History: 30 minutes from Rochefort (the Hermione, the Corderie Royale) and Cognac, 40 minutes from Fouras (Île d’Aix), Royan, and the beaches, 55 minutes from La Rochelle, and 1 hour from Île de Ré or Île d’Oléron. There are many tourist attractions nearby, yet the cottage offers a peaceful retreat.

The large house, located in a residential neighborhood, is divided into separate sections to accommodate guests. Each section is completely self-contained, accessible via the garden, and equipped with everything needed for daily life.

The main room features a kitchenette, a dining table, a living area with a TV, and access to the patio with a table, grill, and lounge chairs...
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together to form one large bed.
The layout is also suitable for two people sharing a single bedroom; in this case, the price may be reduced.

Everything is tastefully decorated, and the owner is available to assist with your needs and answer any questions!
P.S.: My two friendly cats roam the property, getting along (sic) with the birds and squirrels.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
