Welcome to this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, bright and warm, ideally located in the Port district!
Completely refurbished, carefully decorated and fully equipped, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay:
Cupboards in the entrance hall for your personal belongings as well as a washing machine and dryer;
A living room with dining area and television, open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee machine;
Air conditioning in the living room;
A Queen size bed in the bedroom;
A beautiful modern independent bathroom with shower and WC.
You will also have free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the flat.
Located in the lively and dynamic area of the Port, you will be ideally placed to visit the city and stroll around: Place Garibaldi at 500m, Old Nice at 600m, the Promenade des Anglais at 1km. The tramway is very close: line 2 (stop Port Lympia) at 300m and line 1 (stop Garibaldi) at 500m.
Bed and bath linen is cleaned and provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).

L'appartement est agréable, situé au centre et bien desservi.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié la lumière du matin. Peut-être que des rideaux plus opaques résoudraient le problème.
