MODERN, SPACIOUS 3 bedroom 2 bath, close to everything in historic Pontchartrain Park! Our home is approximately 1640 square feet and fully furnished. 1 king, 1 queen and 1 full size bed, queen air mattress available upon request. Wifi, smart Tv's, alarm system, free off-street covered parking and indoor laundry. Enjoy a home cooked meal in our well equipped kitchen or try one of the many local restaurants. We're located just steps away from the Joseph Bartholomew Golf Course, Southern University and a short drive from all the city has to offer! 3 mins from I-10, 7 mins to Bourbon Street, 8 mins to Harrah's Casino, 8 mins to Riverwalk, 2 mins to Wal-Mart; 5 in to Dillard, Fairgrounds, UNO and Lakefront Arena, 20 mins to MSY airport, walking distance to golf course & Southern University.

Really enjoyed our time at the place. Overall accommodating and awesome hospitality for the guests. We didn't have to look for or go buy hardly anything. I would definitely look for Brooke and her place when i return to the New Orleans area. Thank you!!!

Great home and host

Brooke was top notch from the time we booked until the checked out. She was very responsive to messages. The home was perfect and just the space needed for our girls weekend. The home was clean and stocked with all of the essentials and more. Thank you Brooke for making sure our stay was safe abd comfortable!

Quiet neighborhood

This property is comfortable and the owner is easy to communicate with, very responsive. About a 15 minute drive to the French Quarter. The kitchen isn't really equipped to cook a meal as it's not stocked with cookware. It has all the appliances needed and you're good if eating out or only want to heat up leftovers, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Good location

Overall this home is very nice, about 10-15 minutes from the French Quarter. Note: if you’re going during Mardi Gras it’s difficult getting back and forth. Would recommend a car but parking is also difficult in the city. The heat didn’t work the first few days we were there—I don’t see how she would have known this would occur but extra blankets would have be nice (just for future reference). Neighborhood was quiet, near a Walmart.

Fantastic Stay

My wife and I needed a place to stay that wasn't too far from family. This place fit the bill. The place was clean, well stocked and minutes from freeway access. The host was understanding of any questions we had. Enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect in every aspect!

This was my first experience with a VRBO property and it certainly will not be the last. We stayed at the property for a much needed girls trip and it was everything and more. Check in was super easy, and the pictures really didn't do it justice. All of the bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom with King bed has a master bath. The convenient washer/dryer is a plus although we didn't need it. Really like having of street parking and even at night, the property is well lit with lights coming on from the motion detectors. The fridge was stocked with some basic condiments and beverages and there were snacks in the kitchen, also. The weather changed during our stay, so we had to use the air a couple of days and then the heat; both worked with no issues. We're already planning to return again next year! Oh, and we did get a Lyft to the French Quarter for a couple of days and it was very reasonable (~$21). Looking forward to returning!

Conveniently located, homey and local vibes!

We had a great stay! It was my mother, her husband and my girlfriend. We had a friend meet us for a few days as well. The property has everything you need - comfortable beds, good shower and laundry set up, tv, dining area and a nice little set of coffee/snacks and kitchen accessories. This place is also conveniently located! We did get a few Uber drives state that the area isn’t the safest in Nola but we had no issues at all - quiet and friendly neighbors.

Great stay and great location

This property was in a great location. Not far from everything. The house was very roomy and cozy. It was right across the street from a golf course and walking park. If you enjoy a nice walk in the park and a nice quiet area. This is the place for you!

Enjoyed my stay with the family in town for graduation. The home was clean easy access to everything. The home owners were easy to get in touch with when we had one minor problem over while I will definitely rent away when I’m town.

NOLA week visit

Everything was great and super smooth. Brooke communicated in advance and check-in and out was a breeze. House was huge for the four of us. I got the master suite and bath, with the huge walk in shower, and our friends got their own bedrooms. We played games and did puzzles on the large dining room table. Giant screen TV and comfy couches in the other room as well. We have an annual event we attend every April and we'll definitely try to re-book next time we're here!

Excellent stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and safe. Very comfortable! Brooke checked in on us and made us feel welcome. The commute to the French quarter fluctuates depending on traffic usually 20-30 minutes.
