Great experience. Loved being able to keep my car in a gated area without having to leave it on the street. Didn’t have to question my safety around the house. The house was very clean and homey. The host was very kind and called in to check on us and make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. This was our first experience in the New Orleans area and would definitely come back and stay at this residence again. We were welcomed with a little welcome basket, recommendations and everything we needed to know 10/10 review for this host.

You desperately need to change out the shower heads they could be calcified ( clogged) as there is NO water pressure.It could possibly be WATER RESTRICTORS INSIDE THE shower heads. Because nothing is wrong with the water pressure in New Orleans. .). Please tend to this issue, which would make the stay more enjoyable. Thank you JoAnn & Jeremiah W

Modern Memorable Condo

Overall our stay was amazing . We were in NOLA for a family reunion celebration. We loved the condo it was beautifully decorated , extremely clean and the property manager instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The welcome basket was a nice touch which also included a list of near by restaurants and things to do. We will definitely stay here again .

Great place

Very nice in a quiet neighborhood lots of little bakeries, coffee shops, was a parade which was ver cool. Not far from the French Quarter. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great 4 day stay

Visited WWII Museum, Audubon Zoo, Audubon Aquarium, and Insectarium. Loved the local places to eat within walking distance. Safe and secure place. Very enjoyable.

Clean, comfortable, and cozy!

The owner is very accessible. Will book again if needed. Property is as described except there is not a futon in bedroom. The house was spotless and necessities, such as coffee and cream, tissue, paper towels, makeup removal sheets, and cleaning products were provided, this was a plus because I forgot to bring coffee and almost had a fit until noticing some was provided- thank you Ricky!!!

Lovely gated condo by the river

The property was awesome! Modern 3 story condo in a small gated community that was close to all the places we wanted to go and all the hot spots. It was very clean and chic with a cute balcony we enjoyed time and time again.

Gorgeous condo and great host

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The kitchen is well stocked for our crew to enjoy breakfast and coffee on the patio. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is beautifully furnished and quiet. We were in a perfect location to Uber or drive to all of our tourist-y activities. Very nice to have our own parking space behind a locked gate too. Rick is a great host and very responsive. We didn't need him much because everything was perfectly provided and setup for us!! We only wish we could have stayed longer :-)

Fantastic

Home away from home for five nights. A fantastic condo - comfortable, quiet, convenient and beautiful. My husband, 17 year old and I throughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or family. And, the recommendations we found inside for local restaurants were spot on - particularly Alma’s - don’t miss this place.

Wonderful home

This condo was beautiful and newly renovated. You can still smell the new construction. Check in/out process was easy. Ricky was very nice and understanding. I would recommend this condo or any of his homes (if he has more). He is a very genuine person who communicates flawlessly. Thank you Ricky for letting us stay in your home.

Great Extra Long Weekend Getaway!

This condo was great! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ricky was very responsive to any questions we have. French quarter was a short 30 min walk. We did that every day! Great exercise! We love the Bywater area! Definitely recommend this condo to anyone who's visiting New Orleans!

Bywater Nest

Perfect location in Bywater. Walk across the street to the beautiful park that runs along the Mississippi. We could walk the park down the the end of the streetcar line and go anywhere in the city. There was a neighborhood park close by that the kids loved playing in - giant pizzas at Pizza Delicious, amazing BBQ at The Joint - walking distance to Parleaux, Baccanal, breakfast at Satsumas - we didn't even get to go to all the places we wanted visit just in the neighborhood! We will be back!

Beautiful condo is safe area

This condo is gorgeous in a cute, quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for a girl’s trip. The gated parking and entry inside the gate made us feel completely safe. We walked a few blocks to the local coffee shop in the morning. Every inch was very clean and the shower in the main bedroom is amazing! It’s so close to the French Quarter that our Uber was super cheap. Definitely recommend!

I chose this property very carefully as an investment. Growing up around the New Orleans area I feel like I have a good idea of what kind of property & neighborhood I would want to stay in if I were traveling to New Orleans. I would want to be within 1 mile of the French Quarter , but not in it ( too loud) . I would want to be in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, and coffee houses within walking distance. I would want secure off street gated parking with a reserved parking space. I would want a newly built property with a unique flare . This property has all of these and more !
