We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our 3 dogs. And it was quick and easy to get to Audubon Park and City Park to take them for nice long walks. Also quick to get to the French Quarter and other areas. The kitchen is very nice which we used mostly just for breakfast every day as we ate out at great restaurants for lunch and dinner. Overall it was a great experience!

The location is perfect! nice quiet neighborhood. The host is great at communicating. However, my stay was not the best. And I’m only posting this review as awareness to future guests and the host. After staying the first 2 nights we notice BedBugs! I was bitten and they were on my clothes. I made the host aware and he advise it could have came from the guest before me. I think that to be impossible as the box spring was filled with black looking tar which came from infestation. He removed it. Orkin came the day we left. Host should still follow up behind cleaners because this was ongoing. Bedbugs even in the sofa. This stay has triggered my PTSD and I’m constantly itching! Sorry has to share

Everything was great! House was very nice and great with communication. The house is clean as well and close to everything. No complaints whatsoever and we’ll book again whenever I am in town.

Property was clean. Beds were soft, but comfortable. Nice location with access to major roadways and quiet neighborhood. We were very happy with our stay. Only reason rating not 5 was a nice rental, just not particularly awesome. Would certainly consider again if in New Orleans

EVERYTHING in the comments are true.. *really nice house*really quiet location*cute neighborhood *super responsive host*fully stocked with literally everything*NOLA decor, books & tour information*both rooms have en suites *all rooms have TVS* washer/dryer…. Looking forward to using it again.. *

This property was very much what it said for our 3 adults. Host was very responsive and helpful. Everything was provided as stated. The inside of the house was perfect for our pet, but the outside area was not. I thought there would be some kind of a yard, but there was not. I guess that was my mistake. Good location to all of the fun things to do in NOLA.

Cute and comfy

We came to NOLA to pick visit a college with our daughter. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to enter early after we got in very early. Close to the cutest breakfast and coffee joint Laurel street Bakery. Highly recommend!

NOLA Welcome

This house was very clean and had a good kitchen. The washer and dryer came in handy and the house was close with Uber rides to downtown, Audubon Park, Trolley to French Quarter. The neighborhood was ok, It was close to great bakery.

Enjoyable Stay

This house was ideal for our stay. We really enjoyed having two bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and organized. The welcoming wine was a nice gift. The location worked perfect for our stay. We wanted a quiet place away from the Quarter but centrally located to the things we had planned. Everything seemed about 10-15 minute drives. The hosts had lots of suggestions and information about the city. We would definitely return!

Little green house

House was just the right size for us and our friends for our visit to New Orleans. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Everything was perfect. We appreciated the off street parking.
