Birthday vacation

When arrived for check in at 4:10 was hel up by the staff still cleaning. Then we wanted a late check out it was not available. Other than that we have no complaints.

Bed bugs in some suites started seeing cockroach sleeper sofa-bed was filthy floors needed swept towels were very stained asked for toilet paper and a garbage bag and was told that I would have to purchase myself, great views spent most time on the beach

I stayed in another unit that was better. Couches needs to be replaced... stains and just trash. Ice maker wasn't working, remote for the TV didn't work, only one Chanel came up. The TV in the living room was only one working. I called and no one showed up or called. Bahama Sands 0608

Attention to maintenance lacking ...

Overall we liked it. However there were issues: * Common area tiles were dangerously slick * Slide doors to balcony extremely hard to open (one outside handle installed incorrectly making it hard to open from the balcony) *Front door of unit was hard to open because it stuck in one corner and hand to put you shoulder into it to get it unstuck. * Kitchen did not have many serving utensils * Kitchen did not have basic things like a spatula, salt and pepper, dish scrubber for sink * Ocean side bedroom's bathroom had a old not functioning jetted tub that had a high wall that was tricky to step over without grab rails in tub * Thermostat was locked out at 68 cool. We all enjoy a cooler room to sleep in :-(

DO NOT STAY HERE

The condo was great! It was quiet, in close proximity to the beach and was exactly as pictured. BUT the managing company, Vacasa, was horrible to work with. We will never go to another property managed by them. The condo wasn’t available at check-in (4:00pm), we were promised a third parking pass that wasn’t provided until the third day we were there (we spent those three days worrying that our car would be towed), they gave false information stating to call if we needed anything, including extra supplies like toilet paper. When I called they denied all my requests. My first call was for toilet paper and paper towel. They only provided 6 single rolls of tp and 1 paper towel roll for a condo that we rented for a week. I conceded though because of all the hassle we had already went through with the parking pass and we just went out and bought some on our own. However, the last day we ran out of trash bags. We were only given 3 for the entire week. We called for more and were even denied that! A simple trash bag. Vacasa is a company you definitely want to avoid!

OK Condo

Loved the view and there were good bedding and ample pillows. Unfortunately, the front door was off plumb and had to be slammed shut each time. The ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator did not work (no water flow). We had to pull the washer/dryer unit out and attach the vent hose. While the unit was clean upon entry, we found the carpets in the bedroom were so embedded with dirt we had to throw our socks away. Other than that, everything else worked.

Nice stay

There was plenty of space in this apartment. The review from the rooms and the balcony overlooked the ocean was amazing. The kitchen was updated and had plenty of space to do essential needs. The only thing I can see wrong with the room is it needed carpeting to be Cleaned to the more thicker and another paint job since patches could be seen on the walls from previous repairs clean carpet

Friends vacation

Lots of space for everyone. Very comfortable beds and everyone had a bathroom. Nice privacy for everyone. The balcony was fabulous! We could see the beach for miles. And no pressure from time shares!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed this beach front property. Comfortable furnishing and fairly well-equipped kitchen. Perfectly located to quickly access locations on the north end of the strip. We will likely stay at this place again.

Unacceptable

Slept there 1 night and drove our family home with a canceled vacation. This condo unit and property could not have been a bigger disappointment. Initial impressions were the filthy entrances off the parking garage, to the simply gross elevators. First thing we noticed when arriving on our floor was overlooking to the pool that was empty, out of order with a leak. Upon arrival to our room, furniture is old, unit is dirty and grimy at its core. There are tiles in the kitchen that literally squish when walked on. Carpet is old. Balcony doors hard to open with stained furniture waiting for you on the other side. Now down to the ground level pool which was a yellowish-green color. Now to the beach.. right after walking into the sand you are blessed with a storm runoff drain likely containing contaminants and sewage, right where we’re expected to swim. I’d never consider going here again.

Nice but too pricey

Beautiful location however not worth the nightly rate plus all the additional fees. Unit still being cleaned at check in so we had to wait. As a result all the floors and countertops were soaked and required us dry-mopping to prevent slipping. Refrigerator took 24 hours to get to cool temperature safe for food storage. Thought we were going to lose $300.00 worth of groceries for our group. Rooms were big enough for our party of 7. Glass sliding doors out to balcony for the ocean view we paid for were almost impossible to open. Seriously the door in the living area was e tremely difficult to open and close. The one in the master bedroom was a little bit easier but still a struggle. One of the pools was closed due to plumbing issues. Overall the stay was OK but would not stay again due to the high cost.

Loved the condo

My family and I enjoyed our stay, had plenty of room for the seven of us. Condo was clean upon arrival and was comfortable. We did have the ac go out on the second day but when we contacted the property manager they had someone there quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Great beach access

This condo’s view was great, and the ease of beach access couldn’t be better. This section of the beach tended to be less crowded than to the north and south.
