This property was perfect for our stay here. It is very spacious and accommodated 8 adults and a sixteen year old with plenty of room and beds for all of us. Would definitely consider this property for trips to Memphis in the future.

Wonderful property in a reallly nice neighborhood. Home was very spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. Bill was a wonderful host.I would highly recommend staying here if visiting the Memphis area - we were close to everything.

Perfect place to stay in Memphis! Nice quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. House was very clean and comfortable. We cooked in both nights, but several restaurants a short drive away. Very close to Overton Park which had beautiful trails.

Great house in a wonderful location. Only complaint (traveling with our pup) is that it would have been ideal if the yard was completely fenced in? Other than that it was a nice spot.

This beautiful home was in a charming historic neighborhood district with ample parking. The property itself is surprisingly roomy and modernized either very nice appliances and bathrooms — all while keeping the historic charm of the house. This is excellent for different couples since there are multiple rooms with their own en suite bathrooms with shower and bath. The owner was extremely prompt in replying and very accommodating to any needs. It was a very short drive to Rhodes College and Overton Park.

This was a great place to stay. Convenient to our purpose for the visit. Near some pretty awesome restaurants and stores. Bill gave us some great places to eat and we weren't disappointed. We will use this house again when we visit next year.

What a great stay. The house was more than accommodating for our family of 5 plus the dog. Bill was a very gracious host eager to make our stay enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and right around the corner from everything. We will stay here again!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bill's home in Memphis! We rented the house for family gathering and birthday celebrations, with relatives traveling in from different parts of the country, and it could not have been more perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our group. The bedrooms were generously sized and having three bathrooms made getting everyone ready and out the door so much easier. The kitchen was lovely and became a natural gathering place, while the living room provided plenty of space for us to relax and spend time together. One of our favorite features was the large map wall display where guests can mark where they're from on the whiteboard. It was so fun to see how many people from all over have stayed there, and we loved being able to add our own family's location to the whiteboard. The beautiful lawn, backyard, and deck were perfect for the toddler in our group to safely play and explore. The location was also fantastic-everything we needed was nearby and easy to get to. We made so many wonderful memories during our stay and are grateful to Bill for providing such a welcoming and comfortable home. Thank you, Bill, for helping make our family celebration this past Memorial Day so special!

The house was exactly as described. The rooms were large and accommodating to our group of 5 and in fact we had plenty of room for more. Bill checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was safe and convenient to everything. The neighborhood was adorable. Be sure to check out Central Barbeque! It was yummy!

Very easy resident to find of off the highway, lovely residential neighborhood and very quiet. House is immaculate, large and very nice place to stay. Great place, easy to reserve and highly recommend.

Christmas stay

Family met in Memphis for christmas for 3 days because it was centrally located. It’s everything it says it was in the other reviews. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family space

Great location and neighborhood. Convenient drive or Uber to Beale street or Graceland. Host was hospitable and helpful, there was bottled water in the fridge and K cups for coffee. If you don’t want to bring shampoo and soap, he has it all there. Nice big table to play cards or have meals.

This is a truly great place to stay. The home is very clean and much larger than expected. While there were only 4 of us, there is room for much larger groups. It is immaculately clean and well equipped. The home is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants and a short drive to Beale Street. We rented many VRBO’s in the past, but none have had a host like Bill. He is very quick to respond to inquiries; he is helpful with advice and just a wonderful host. A short note about Memphis: We felt safe the entire time we were there. Everyone was kind and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay in this city.

The perfect home away from home

Our family with 7 adults and one toddler came to Memphis for our daughter’s wedding. This home gave us a great place to socialize, rest, and enjoy meals together. It was spacious for this many independent and married ‘children’.Bill is a great host and very responsive when questions or needs arose. We all are thankful for this home away from home.
