Our house sits between Germantown and Downtown Memphis; about 20 minutes to most local attractions; easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and business districts. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. One of the best in East Memphis. We recently renovated the kitchen, downstair bathroom floors, and all bedroom floors. Details are in the picture descriptions.

I was not actually able to make use of the property as my mother was in the hospital, but my family members who did use it said it was great. Nice neighborhood, large, comfortable and close to the venue they were attending.

Family wedding trip

We were in Memphis for a family wedding. We had several family members with us. The house was perfect for our needs and the location couldn’t have been better as the wedding was in Germantown. Host couldn’t have been nicer or easier to work with.

MEMORIAL

Unfortunately, we were in Memphis for a Family Memorial Service. The Property worked out excellent as we had room accommodations for our core group, plus we had the dining and seating areas for Family to gather after we attended Services. The layout allowed us to have additional Family and Family Friends to commiserate, and socialize in the evenings. It worked out perfectly for us.Thanks So Much... The DeBolds.

Great place great location

The home was in a great location. It was really clean. The furniture is really dated but the beds were all very comfortable. My only concern was that while we were gone from the home sight seeing we returned to find the owner at the property. It appeared he went inside the home as several lights seemed to have been turned off when we returned to the house. I guess that is fine, but I'm just not a fan of that. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Family wedding

We were in the area for a family wedding and needed a home to accommodate our large family. The house met our needs well. We were pleased with the neighborhood and felt safe (as safe as anyone can feel in Memphis or any large city these days).

Perfect location for a Shelby Farms Fed Ex venue event

The house is comfortable and well equipped. We did not cook any meals but appreciated the high quality internet and TV. Everything was clean and ready for arrival. Instructions about entry and departure were clear and helpful. Siyan even left welcome note and snacks. Worked very well for our extended family during a busy wedding weekend. Great location!

Safe, quiet neighborhood, great location in Germantown. No more than 30min away from anywhere we wanted to go. Great bed/room configuration for lots of guests.

Best stay ever!

We had reserved another house in Memphis for the week of Dec 26; the owner of that unit cancelled our reservations on the day before our departure, Christmas day! We were so upset. I found this unit on VRBO, contacted Siyan on Christmas Day and she replied immediately. We were able to book the house and save our trip! Communication with the owner is excellent; the house was spotless and well-stocked; pictures are accurate. We couldn't be happier that our first unit was cancelled and that we were able to find this gem!

Best of Memphis

The location was great for access to Memphis downtown , the airport and Graceland. Yet it was quiet and peaceful for our family gathering celebrating our Golden Anniversary. Very clean and well maintained accommodations.

All that and more

The house lived up to the expectations. 14 people and still plenty of room. Communication with the host was excellent. We were originally going to stay in a area hotel, boy are we glad we didnt, Wisconsin will definitely be back!
