Sky View: Heated Pool & Hot Tub, 5 Acres

Outside: Perched on the hilltop, the backyard has views for miles across vineyards, horse stables, and rolling countryside. With a 5 acre lot, the home has an enormous amount of privacy. No other houses on the hill are visible from the backyard. The large, saltwater pool is heated year round, and is always a comfortable temperature for swimming . An in-ground spa connects to the pool. There are also 8 pool loungers and two umbrellas that surround the pool. Overlooking the view is a large dining area with seating for 12. A large real grass lawn provides a luscious play area for kids and adults. And finally a sizable deck connects the kitchen and pool table room to the outside.

Living Room: Directly inside from the pool is the living room. In addition to sharing the pool's spectacular views, it has two comfy areas for relaxing and gathering. Couches and accent chairs (easy seating for 10 adults) surround a 75" TV. The TV comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. The living room also hosts one of the two bars in the house. There is a piano that you are welcome to use; it is fully functional (but not recently tuned).

If you need to work, the home is equipped with Gigabit wireless internet throughout. Two of the bedrooms have desks with chairs. The dining room, 2 bars, and kitchen island with counter stools host a variety of options for comfortable laptop spaces.

Family Room: The family room is continuous with the kitchen. It hosts the house's second bar and a 9' long pool table.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving dishes for large meals. Dinnerware, wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses - all for 12 people. There are several serving dishes to make large meals fun (and beautiful).

Dining Room: The large dining room table comfortably fits 10 people, and can accommodate up to 12 (12 chairs are provided).

Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom is by itself on the upper floor. It looks out on the pool and backyard and shares their breathtaking views. This bedroom has a king bed and a large closet. It also has a newly remodeled ensuite spa bathroom. The walls are covered in Moroccan plaster and the floor is Italian Terrazzo. The shower has two shower heads and in the center of the room is a 71" soaking tub. The vanity boasts a two-faucet sink. Just the thing for relaxing after a day playing in the pool or venturing out wine tasting.

Guest Bedrooms: In the left wing of the house, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a king beds. Two of the rooms have desks. This wing also has two full bathrooms, both hallway accessible.

An EV charger with Tesla / J-1172 plug, level 2 is available for your use.

- A maximum of 8 overnight guests are permitted, with 6 additional daytime guests allowed between the hours of 7am - 10pm.
- Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am. Please move the fun inside after 10pm :)
- Per our vacation rental permit, no music or any amplified sound can be played outdoors.
- Pool and Spa hours are 7am - 10pm.
- No glassware or indoor dishes are allowed outside. Outdoor dinnerware, cups, and cocktail/wine glasses are provided.
- No use of sidewalk chalk or water balloons please.
- Please do not use glitter or confetti, or attach decorations to the walls with tape.
