The Space:

This beautifully remodeled Craftsman-style home is tastefully decorated with original art, offering a sanctuary of comfort and nature on 10 peaceful acres. The main living room is perfect for unwinding, featuring large picture windows, a large flat-screen B&O TV, and comfortable seating, with doors that open directly onto the expansive back deck.



The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with high-end appliances, including a Wolf range, and offering sweeping views of the landscape. A formal dining room connects the kitchen to a spacious deck, perfect for indoor-outdoor living. The separate office, complete with its own fireplace and a library of books, offers a quiet space for reading or work and also features private doors to the backyard.



The primary suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed with high quality linens, a TV, and double doors that open to the backyard with breathtaking views of the pond and the teahouse. The ensuite bathroom is a spa-like experience with a deep soaking tub, separate shower, double sinks, and a private toilet room.



Jack and Jill Bedrooms: Each furnished with a queen bed and its own TV. Both rooms offer lovely views of the beautifully landscaped front yard and share a well-appointed bathroom that features a tub with shower wand.



The deck is an entertainer's dream, featuring comfortable outdoor seating, a full table and chairs for al fresco dining, a BBQ grill, and a majestic outdoor fireplace.



The grounds are your private resort. Explore acres of walking trails that wind through an redwood woodland, a fruit orchard, and a hobby vineyard. You'll find a pond, garden beds, and numerous amenities for recreation and relaxation, including:



- A tennis court

- Two pickleball courts

- A 1/2 basketball court

- A treehouse

- A formal Japanese teahouse and bath

- A large fire pit area



The crown jewel of the estate is the authentic Japanese tea and bath house. Within this expertly crafted building, a traditional tea room awaits, offering the perfect setting for a ceremony. The experience is completed by a separate bathhouse, thoughtfully appointed with a shower and a deep, Japanese-style soaking tub for a truly restorative experience.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom home and the full 10-acre property. This includes the walking trails, vineyard, pond, treehouse, and all recreational courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball). You are welcome to use the Japanese teahouse and bath, the deck with its fireplace and BBQ, and all interior spaces. There is ample parking in the paved driveway.



The Neighborhood:

Located just a few minutes from the charming town of Graton, the home feels wonderfully private and secluded while remaining close to top-tier Sonoma County experiences. You are minutes from renowned restaurants, local shops, and intimate wine-tasting rooms. The vibrant town of Sebastopol and the popular Barlow artisan marketplace are just down the road. The property is a perfect base for exploring everything from the majestic Armstrong Redwoods to the dramatic cliffs of the Sonoma Coast.



Getting Around:

A car is essential for exploring the area. The property is centrally located for day trips to wineries, redwood forests, and coastal towns. There is plenty of private parking on the property. While Uber and Lyft are available, service can sometimes be limited in this rural area, so planning your transportation is recommended.

- Water System: The property is on a private well and septic system. Please be mindful of water usage and flush only toilet paper.

- Teahouse & Bath: This is a traditional Japanese-style space. Instructions will be provided to ensure you can enjoy it safely and respectfully.

- Groundskeeping: You may see gardeners or groundskeepers on the 10-acre property during your stay as they work to keep it beautiful.

📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.

The property is beautiful and well cared for. The japanese bathhouse is very special and our group loved spending time there. The pickleball courts and provided paddles/balls were also a hit with everyone. Walking around the property was wonderful as was using the provided firewood to build a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The kitchen was also well stocked with equipment and we didn't find ourselves missing anything. The beds and linens were also very comfortable and luxurious. Overall, clearly a well-designed and special property.
