You will never want to leave this cottage in the quaint downtown Santa Clara area. Enough space for everyone to spread out and play. With an indoor, heated pool and a garage game room with hoop shoot and ping pong, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. (No added fees for heated pool up to 85 degrees).

Two of the bedrooms feature luxurious Cozy Earth bedding (to die for comfort) and the bunk room adds another queen bed and 4 additional twin beds for the kiddos. 2.5 baths and a well situated living, dining and kitchen area and game room, our home will sleep up to 6 adults and several young children comfortably. This spacious and tastefully decorated home is located in Historic Downtown Santa Clara right on Santa Clara Drive. A Glockenspiel clock tower is located across the street that goes off every hour during daylight hours, celebrating our towns Swiss heritage. Situated just behind the home is a pool house with its very own indoor, heated pool exclusively for our guests use only.
This is a PRIVATE -NOT A SHARED POOL!
We also provide puddle jumpers, life jackets and lots of pool toys for guest use and they are sanitized after each stay.

Swiss Corner is minutes from downtown St. George, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn-Center for the Arts, 9 championship golf courses, Sand Hollow State Park, Gunlock and so much more.

Snake Hollow bike trails are just a minute away. Sand Hollow Aquatic Center and the Santa Clara Library are just around the corner.

Is gambling your thing? It's just a quick jaunt around Utah Hill (the back way) to Mesquite where you can visit one of three Casinos, enjoy fantastic buffets, play BINGO, Keno, Black Jack, Craps, Sports Betting, the hole 9 yards. Or just go as far as the tiny corner of Arizona where you can buy your PowerBall or MegaMillions tickets.

Please fill out the required Pre-check form in the Welcome Guide to confirm your stay. Once completed, we will send the door codes to your inbox. We are 10 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park and 1 hour to Zion National Park.

Movara Fitness Resort is within 3 miles.

Hop on the bike/running trail and ride straight to Snow Canyon or take a jaunt up the hill to Canyon View park where you will find great dog walking trails, baseball and soccer fields, sand volleyball, pickleball/tennis courts, a pavillion, and playground.

Ivins reservoir is 5.5 miles up the road. Drive or ride a bike to this great swimming hole. Kayak, fish or relax on the sandy beach.

Harmons is 2.5 miles away where you can stock up on groceries, snacks and drinks or pick up a hot and ready lunch. Great coffee bar, eclectic atmosphere and occasional live music by local artists. Other great local grocery stores include Lin's and Albertsons.

Bishop's, Pizza Factory and Xetava Gardens Cafe are some great local options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Easy access to anywhere in the area.

Hop on your bikes and be on a bike trail in minutes.

Bring your street legal ATV and drive it two minutes down the road to some fun off road trails.

Walk up the street 2 blocks and jump on the city bus, or call an Uber to pick you up and take you to the grocery store or across town to some local favorite pub or restaurant.

The home is located on a bustling downtown street and the yard is not fully fenced. Please understand that small children should always be supervised while swimming in the pool house and/or playing in the yard.
CHECK OUT LIST: Guests are required to complete a few check out items in order to prevent additional charges. This list is provided in a Welcome Guide link sent by the host.

BBQ: Barbecue must be cleaned after each use and prior to checking out in order to avoid infestations of insects and rodents. There is a $25 cleaning charge per guest stay if grill is not cleaned prior to check out.

POOL: detailed instructions and rules can be found in the Welcome Guide link. Guests must avoid using the pool with any lotions, oils, tanning sprays or other chemicals on their skin. Please shower when possible before use. These chemicals are likely to change the chemistry of the pool and may require an extra visit from our pool tech. If an extra pool shock or other treatment is required, guest will be responsible for that expense post stay.
