This beautiful 6 bedroom / 6.5 bath townhome is perfect for large gatherings. The Views Resort sleeps 30 guests comfortably, or up to 36 guests with the assistance of 6 roll out sleeping pads. Morning will quickly become your favorite time of day at The Views Resort. Make a hot cup of coffee and head out to the patio to watch the beautiful sunrise over the Snow Canyon mountains. Take advantage of the close proximity to multiple National and State parks for a fun day trip; or hang out in Ocotillo Springs and lounge next to the community resort style pool and challenge each other to a game of pickleball. Of course, you can always enjoy the privacy of your own private pool and spa, with views that will take your breath away any time of day. Absolutely perfect!

We have an annual girl's trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for all of us. A bathroom with each bedroom was great. Beds were comfortable. We received a link to access an app to adjust the temperature. That was a bonus. Although notified that we may need to bring our own hair dryers and pool towels, they were provided. We didn't use the private pool (not quite warm enough) but did enjoy the big pool at the complex. Four miles away from Tuacahn was perfect for us. Will definitely be coming back here.

We loved our stay. We had very quick responses to any questions we had. The home was the perfect location for our small family reunion. The home was clean and spacious. It was perfect for our needs. We will rent from them again.

Great Private Pool and Spa!

This property sleeps 30, but our party of 4 spent a very relaxing week here. We prepared lots of beautiful meals in the well-equipped kitchen and ate most of our meals on the back patio, which was shady enough to be pleasant, even on hot days. But the small private pool and spa is what makes this place so pleasant. The water was clean and the temperatures were perfect. We spent at least two hours every day as a family soaking in the water and having pleasant conversation together. As a bonus, at most times (we stayed in mid-June), half of the pool is shaded, and half is in the sun, so you can move in and out of the sun without leaving the water!The only negative about this place is that the outdoor spaces were quite dirty when we arrived. The back patio looked like several months had gone by without any cleaning. Not exaggerating. We spent the first few hours of our trip cleaning up the back patio. We washed all the patio windows (one was so dirty we couldn't see through it!), and swept up and hosed down lots of sand, rocks, food and other debris from the back patio, including a long-dead mouse carcass. Hopefully they'll pay a little more attention to the outside spaces in the future. The indoor areas felt clean, especially the bathrooms.I would recommend this place for a family that wants to spend quality time together. Between the hours spent hanging out in the pool and talking, and preparing and eating fantastic meals together, we made great memories here.

Awesome place!

So many beds provides great flexibility! Great communication from owners as well. Our only quibble was that the queen mattress have a bit of a sag in them and are probably nearing the end of their run. Everything else was phenomenal!

Great place!

This was a great place to stay for our group! The only thing was we never got a code for the garage key pad, so we’d have to run and jump when we wanted to leave the property with our vehicles. Other than that, it was fantastic!

Perfect house for large groups!!

Not only did this house have lots of bedrooms and beds but we all really appreciated the fact that the common areas were so large and open so we didn't all feel like we were on top of each other the whole time!!

Very Good

We loved our stay at your place. I loved all the beds, and that each room had its own bathroom. Everyone loved the community pool, and pool house as well. If I could let you know about 2 different things though. The floor was really gross. People would take a shower and their feet would be black shortly after starting to walk on the floors. So, the carpets need to be cleaned, and they need to mop the hardwood floors really well. The 2nd thing is that on the papers we signed, it said that we had a BBQ in multiple places. So, we planned hamburgers and hot dogs one night. We got there and found out that we didn't have a BBQ to use. So that was frustrating to us. We could've planned a different meal had we known. And then when I got the checkout email, again it stated we would be charged extra fees if the BBQ was not cleaned before leaving. But overall we did enjoy our stay and love the house. We also loved the 2 fridges, it was plenty of room to keep all the food. Thanks so much!

50th Anniversary retreat

We loved this place. It was roomy & comfortbale & the hosts were very accomodating to our needs. The private pool was a blast & the community pool was fantastic. I would love to stay here again.

Fun with family

The house was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of space for everyone. The private pool is very small but we enjoyed it along with the main pool. It close to so many things. One of our best trips to St. George as a family.

WOW!

I booked a 7 day stay that was with in walking distance of my sister's home. When my family and I arrived there was a booking error. I called thebRedSands Team and they fixed it right away and upgraded our stay! Amazing views, clean and comfortable stay. We cooked daily in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed the private pool. I would book this rental again in a heart beat!

Amazing!

Great stay with a few bumps but we still loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay in this rental. This was our second year at the same place. We love the space for our big group and all of the amenities. There were a few issues like the internet not working and the hot tub at the community pool not working either. Other than those things we really loved our stay and will likely be back next year.

Nice place but over priced

The place was very nice but we discovered that it was over priced compared to other properties with the same amenities during the same holiday period. Loved having the private pool since we had young children. Because it was over Thanksgiving and colder outside no one used the common pool; the water was very cold, but we did use the pickle ball courts. Went over to Arcadia with other family to use their pool and lazy river which was warmer and more fun. The unit was very spacious on both levels. Response from property management was undesirable. The internet didn’t work because it appears that the owner hadn’t paid the bill; we borrowed the neighbor’s internet to get by. No barbecue as advertised. Upon arrival the entry didn’t code didn’t work as the property management had changed the code without telling us.

We loved our stay in 32. Lots of beds, house is well stocked with cooking items, private and hot tub are a definite advantage since the community pool was very busy with lots of children. Some of the door knobs in the bathrooms did not function or the doors did not stay closed, but not a big problem. Dakota was amazing from the time we booked our stay, through our stay and quickly responded and solved any concerns. We would definitely stay here again.
