Grosse déception!

J'avais dĂ©jĂ  louĂ© ce logement en 2019 et 2020 et j'ai Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement déçu cette annĂ©e. Le store du balcon est cassĂ© et remplacĂ© par un parasol minuscule! Le volet roulant ne ferme plus Ă  la place il y a des rideaux occultants! La cuisine est minable le micro-ondes ridiculement petit, le trĂšs petit rĂ©frigĂ©rateur a la porte du freezer cassĂ©, il n'y a pas de hotte donc impossible de se servir de la plaque de cuisson sous peine d'ĂȘtre enfumĂ©! les couteaux ne taillent pas etc... A rĂ©nover d'urgence

Parking extérieur trop étroit...Le store extérieur étant cassé on ne peut pas profiter de la terrasse au mois d' Août! Par contre l' emplacement, la vue, la terrasse et l' intérieur de l' appartement avec des wc séparés et une salle de bain moderne...parfait! Je reviendrai.

appartement vétuste

L'appartement manque de certains équipements basiques et est aménagé avec des meubles abßmés (table cassée, pansements sur la TV, les matelas sont effondrés). Le ménage n'est pas fait (chewing gum collé sur le lavabo, baignoire bouchée, frigo sale et poils d'animaux ...). L'entretien est insuffisant. Je déconseille de passer un séjour dans cette location.

Agréable séjour dans une résidence calme et bien placée avec des commerces de proximité. Bravo au gardien pour la bonne tenue de cet immeuble.

Petit studio cabine des années 70 qui n'a jamais été rafraichi (sauf TV, frigidaire, micro-ondes, climatiseur et canapé-lit) et à la propreté aléatoire (odeurs de tabac assez fortes, traces de projections d'excréments dans les toilettes et jusque sur le retour de la porte d'accÚs).

PropretĂ© trĂšs moyenne, il ne faut pas regarder de prĂšs... sous les lits de l'entrĂ©e par ex.. (qui n'est pas 1 chambre !!!!) , une commode trĂšs sale extĂ©rieurement..., Pour 3 jours , il ne faut pas ĂȘtre exigeants !!!! Nettoyage Ă  rĂ©gler avant d'entrer dans les lieux, oĂč il n'y a pas d'Ă©tat des lieux ????
