Vue imprenable
Appartement agréable et vue directement sur la mer. Malgré ces atouts , il serait bon de changer le clic-clac qui est utilisé en lit. J'ai connu un petit problème avec la cafetière et j'ai immédiatement informé l'Agence et le problème a été réglé très rapidement.

Avis mitigé.
Les locataires doivent aller chercher et rendre les clés à Narbonne-plage. Attention, on ne peut pas se garer dans le parking avec un coffre de toit.
L’annonce ne précise pas que le canapé-lit (clic clac) fait 120cm, ce qui est assez étroit. De plus, ce canapé est inconfortable.
L’emplacement de l’appartement est néanmoins agréable.

Super vue, proche des restaurants, proche de la plage, très agréable pour de jeunes enfants. Idéal pour des vacances sans voitures. Vélo indispensable. Appartement spacieux, le clic clac n est pas des plus confortable mais ça passe, manque une bouilloire et un grille pain pour le Petit déjeuner. Cuisine très petite. Attention Le Parking souterrain est très bas, les coffres de toit ne passent pas par contre c'est super pour remisée les vélos.

Bonne situation
Appartement bien situé. Très belle vue. La literie serait à revoir... lattes cassées, matelas un peu défoncés. La taille de la TV est ridicule, autant ne pas en mettre ! Équipement basique. Problème un arrivant à 17h pour ouvrir la terrasse. Merci à l’équipe d’interhome, le technicien est intervenu le soir même vers 19h30.

appartement à rénover
personnel de narbonne accueillant mais il serait nécessaire d'avoir un correspondant à gruissan. Nous avons rencontré un problème de clés avec impossibilité de rentrer un soir.
