Spacious one-bedroom apartment ideally located 200 meters from the beach and just steps from the beachside shopping center (bakeries, snack bars, takeout meals, rotisserie, pizzerias, fruit and vegetable stands, wine shop, newsstand, general store, Spar mini-market, and delicatessen)<br>It includes: <br>- a large south-facing loggia with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an electric oven and grill. Unobstructed view, no road in sight; the loggia overlooks the residence’s private courtyard.<br>- a living room with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table<br>- a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, freezer, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric stovetop, range hood)<br>- a bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and washing machine<br>- a bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 bed (high-quality mattress and memory foam mattress topper)<br>- a designated parking spot in the residence’s private, gated parking lot.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch. Rechts kurzer Weg zum Meer, links kurzer Weg zum kleinen See, auf der anderen Straßenseite sofort der Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Der Balkon hat eine ganz tolle Lage. Auch wenn es sehr windig ist, spürt man das auf dem Balkon nicht und durch die Überdachung liegt er schön schattig.Check- in und Check-out waren total einfach und die Kommunikation war einwandfrei.

Logement très apprécié

Séjour très agréable dans un logement fonctionnel. Emplacement au top et le parking sécurisé est vraiment un plus. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et très agréables. On se laissera tenter à revenir pour une prochaine fois

Très bonne literie. Propriétaire très agréable, disponible, et prévenante. Emplacement idéal, proche plage avec manège et jeux forains pour enfants, restaurants et glaciers, commerces dont boulangerie et traiteur. Balcon agréable.

Super location

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine à Port La Nouvelle. Location idéalement placée, très proche de la plage, des commerces... La grande terrasse et ses transats très appréciables, salle de bain avec grande douche et lave linge très pratiques. Couchages de très bonne qualité. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Bref, une location que je recommande !

Séjour sympathique

Propriétaires arrangeants et très sympathiques. Grand appartement, literie très confortable. Appartement à proximité (à pied) de la plage et des animations le soir. Boulangerie, traiteur et fruits et légumes juste en face de l'appartement. Idéal pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Appartement non climatisé, mais chaleur supportable.

très bonne locaton

Appartement très bien situé avec les plages accessibles à pied. Petits commerces juste à côté ce qui permet de ne pas utiliser la voiture. Dans l'appartement les équipements étaient vraiment complets et fonctionnels. Très bonne impression et aucune déception.
