Private beach access with beach chair service (only one row of beach chairs!). A rarity in 30A! Relax and unwind at this beautifully decorated, charming 3 Bedroom + add’l bunk space, 3 1/2 Bath beach home with private access to one of the most serene beaches along 30a. Located in the gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach, this fully equipped home sleeps 10 and gives you all the amenities you need for the perfect 30a beach get-a-way! The pickleball courts are the most desirable in the area!

The private access beach is a ~8 minute walk. For aspiring skim boarders, try out some lessons with a local expert! The beach area is adjacent to a local lake, perfect for crabbing. Or relax in the backyard with it's custom pavers, Adirondack chairs and fire pit. Perfect for roasting s'mores or relaxing during a Fall get-a-way!

The Preserve at Grayton Beach includes 2 pools (one heated certain weeks), pickleball and tennis courts, fitness equipment and a ping pong table. The quiet gated neighborhood offers peace of mind for children who want to play and ride bikes in the community.

4 complimentary Tommy Bahama beach chairs are provided with the house + a beach wagon and cooler for daytime or sunset trips to dip your toes in the sand. Upon arriving at the beach, the Preserve has designated seating areas to the West of Big Redfish Lake or the East of Little Redfish Lake (additional 3 minute walk). During the peak summer season (May - August), you can also rent professional beach chairs with umbrellas through the local beach chair service. Enjoy the luxury! You deserve it.

If you like biking, this area along 30A is perfect for flat rides with a light breeze at your back. The house is also 0.7 miles from a popular ice cream shop so make sure you stop and splurge a little while on vacation.

Publix is a short ride away for all the groceries you will need. The home includes a large walk-in pantry and fully stocked kitchen. Don’t worry about where to eat—we’ll provide a list of our favorite restaurants in the area. The home also comes with a Weber grill.

Must be over 25 years old to rent. We do not permit smoking anywhere on the property.

The Preserve at Grayton Beach HOA does not allow golf cart rentals for renters.

The home security system includes a video doorbell and a rear external camera.

Picturesque Beach House

The house was so fresh and beachy. Beyond well equipped, the owners have really thought of everything. Private beach access is really a plus. Best beach EVER!!! We were so comfortable/happy/sun kissed. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful family trip

We had a wonderful family trip combining two families with 4 adults (siblings and spouses) and 5 children (cousins)! We had ample room for sleeping and lounging and enjoyed all the amenities included with the property. We loved the mostly private beach and pools where we got to enjoy our kids playing without having to be nervous of losing them in large crowds like at other beaches. We cannot say enough about the location, property and property manager! We will definitely be back!

A nice getaway

The property was pretty. But dealing with bears (not mentioned online) and trash cans, then an on the fritz A/C was not expected. You are also prohibited from having a fish fry which was also not listed online. Luckily, we didn't catch much of anything on our fishing trip.The property manager was really nice and very responsive. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad.

Perfect Stay at Sweet Tea

We come to 30A twice a year. We are very familiar with the area. We absolutely loved our stay. The walk to the beach was beautiful. The house was adorable and beautiful. My kids loved the bunk room. The neighborhood was adorable and so quiet. One of the biggest 5 star things I would give this house is how well stocked this house is. We have stayed in so many homes, this house had — beach towels, spices, throw blankets, coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, wagons, it had so much!! I am still so blown away by how well stocked it was. I have never expierence that amazingness. We truly appreciated it and treated everything with respect. Our stay was perfection. I truly hope we can stay here again!

Picture Perfect Week!

Wow! What an amazing week we had! We had stayed in this neighborhood last year in a different house, and we were just so thrilled to be able to stay in the same neighborhood again this year, but this house was perfect in all the right ways! We especially loved the close proximity to the private beach access and the free beach towels that were provided. We had one small issue with our front door getting stuck, but Donna the property manager came over and helped fix it within 15 minutes. My wife and I both have stressful jobs, so it was nice to be able to spend some time together to de-stress, and it is so nice that one of our sets of parents could also come along. We just so love the 30A area, and we will most definitely be returning to this property again in the future!

House was nicely furnished and the on-hand beach items for use was definitely a bonus. Kitchen is a little tight for 2 families prepping food but the location was great and we enjoyed the preserve community.

Perfect location

Sweet Tea by the Sea was perfect. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this had to have been the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. That’s high on my list when vacationing. The house was nicely decorated and it has a beautiful walk down to the beach. I think one of my favorite little touches they had available for their guest was beach towels. One less thing I had to pack for a family of 4. Sadly our trip ended sooner than we expected with our son breaking his arm the first day on the beach. We hope to come back soon. Thank you to the wonderful property manager Donna for all your help in time of need. She was great!

Perfect home in a wonderful neighborhood

We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return. The house was very clean and modern, well stocked, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Donna was very helpful, responsive and friendly. The beach sunsets were incredible.

Only 4 houses from the pool and the private, shaded beach boardwalk. There are no stairs from the house to the beach making it easy to bring a cooler, beach cart, etc with you. You can't beat this location with a quiet neighborhood, private beach access and pristine beaches with minimal traffic!
